I have owned my house for 20 years and have had a lot of work crews in and out of my place over that time. The McLaughlin team was by far the cleanest, most polite, and efficient crew I have seen. They did a great job and I definitely recommend Bob and the team!

Plumber showed up on time and acted in a friendly but professional manner. Got the job done well. The only reason for a "B" for cost is because I believe all plumbers are too expensive (not a black mark for these guys). :) I would happily hire again.

Okay, but left old arm in the toilet and it broke shortly thereafter. Should have replaced the whole arms section but the guy didn't have the parts. This was after leaving in the middle of the appt to get a new pump for inside the toilet. Expensive job, but that's just the way plumber's are.

I measure the company, by the employee's they hire. The plumber (Daniel) was outstanding. He was very professional, polite and punctual. Daniel, came in and immediately went to work. Found the problem and made the necessary repairs. Now, I have only one plumbing & heating company, and that's R. P. McLaughlin Co. Peabody.

They took the new toilet out of my car, and installed them upstairs. They went above & beyond their duty after installing my new toilet by inspecting a problem in my tub drain; they are polite & respectful; very professional.

The plate started leaking on a Sunday. We reviewed the risk of the leak over the phone and came to the conclusion a weekend service visit was not required, Came by on Monday, provided an estimate to repair the system and the risks of the work. Scheduled the repair, got it done without any issue.

Matt evaluated the situation and agreed the problem may be partly due to the septic needing pumping. He snaked the system after installing an access port. He tested the system and flow was good. We will have the septic pumped and expect the problem is solved.
