"Damien arrived on time, was very hard working, charged an exceptionally fair price, and did an outstanding job. When he left, everything was spotless. He replaced a kitchen faucet, installed a new bathroom faucet/shower head, fixed a running toilet, and even showed me what to use on stubborn hard water stains that I was unable to remove with all the usual methods. We also had him install a second hose for the backyard and replace the existing outdoor spigot. When we redo our bathroom, we will definitely call Damien."

"I needed a plumber right away , so i went through Home Advisor and right away Brian from Lamore called me said he was in the area, so in 10 minutes Brian was here estimating the cost of a water heater, he gave me a price but I couldnâ t get it done because of funds so I told him can you come the 24th and do the job he said sure and we hung up. 2 minutes later he calls me and says youâ re a military Vet , I said yes I am , do you have hot water , I said no Sir we will have to wait till the 24th, he says , no you wonâ t Iâ ll come and install the water heater and you pay me on the 24th, I was shocked and humbled of the fact their is still good wholesome people in this world. Iâ d recommend Brian and Lamore plumbing 1000% of 1000% times. Donâ t look anywhere else try Brian and his team to do your plumbing."

"I can't say enough about BGC Plumbing. Brandon called me right away to take on my project. It was the day befor school started for my son, and he needed hot water and we had none. Brando made an initial trip to my house to assess my situation. I had to have a new water heater installed. Brandon took his time and thoroughly investigated the existing situation. He spent plenty of time explaining what needed to be done and provided me with three separate estimates based on what i was able to spend on the project, still providing an excellent solution. He was amazing! When we finally decided on the work we needed to have done, it was scheduled immediately and i was lucky enough to have Brandon return to complete the work. He is courteous, knowledgeable and is a great customer service representative for BGC. As a single mother, Brandon made me feel comfortable to be alone in the house with, and explained everything he would be doing. He is a rock star and an asset to this company. "The plumbers who came out were kind, clean and efficient. Sean, Ryan and Orin, made sure we were kept in the loop and cleaned up after themselves beyond any other vendor we have had. They made the process much easier, answered all our questions while on site and were enjoyable to chat with! Unfortunately, the office, has poor communication. We had to call many times, and were constantly told we would receive a call back and we didn't. A day+ would go by before we would have to call again. This was after signing a quote. The women who I spoke with more, was not pleasant. She provided misinformation on the work process, and seemed annoyed at our questions. Having to plan a day to shut down a business in the childcare field requires planning for the sake of our families, and we did not feel like this was easy to do with the lack of help from the office administrator. At this time, we would not recommend to other businesses in our field. Unfortunate, because the plumbers are great."
