One required a second visit because water had been getting behind a tile due to the failing grout, and it needed to dry thoroughly to be re-glued. Now you would never know it was not new. He was even able to take care of a tile floor problem in another room in the same visit."

From the prep-work to ensure the job wouldn't mess up the rest of the house, and the application of waterproofing material that I had overlooked, to the final cleanup, they were professional and extremely competent. The installation was perfect, as was the follow-on job of plaster work to blend in the walls and ceiling surfaces with the newly placed tiles.
