I like how his craftspeople remove and replace the floor mouldings instead of those ugly little quarter rounds I have seen. "Tao and Taozen flooring exceeded our expectations. Our work was completed on time and on budget. Tao and his entire crew are extremely easy to work with. They are neat, respectful and responsive. Tao and his crew removed over 2000 square feet of carpet in multiple rooms and installed new white oak flooring. Tao also replaced two carpeted staircases with the same oak. Tao and his crew were meticulous on our floors and stairs, even spending an additional day to make sure our stair frame and plywood was level and secure before adding the treads and kick boards. Tao refinished the few rooms of existing hardwood we had at no additional cost and all of our new floors match our existing floors perfectly. The job required laying down a leveling compound to smooth the surface in one room that took about one half a day. Overall the job took a total of two days to install about 500 square feet of flooring. The installer cleaned up and replaced the heavy items in the original locations. He did a great job and was very friendly."
