Better Floors is my go to place for all of my customer’s tile and flooring work. Marcia works with my customers to Get the product that will make their dream come true. Their communication is excellent, price very competitive and service is tops

The service was pretty good. I didn't have any complaint. They showed up on time and did their job.

Scheduling was quick and the team did a great job!

We went to the retail shop and were promptly and professionally greeted and helped. We chose a lovely HD vinyl tongue and groove flooring which they promptly ordered for us. When the materials arrived we were called same day to schedule an installation. The installation dates offered were very quick and we chose a day. The installer Mike arrived on time and was very pleasant to deal with. He did a wonderful job over two days and the floor looks great. We could not be happier!

The installer did not show up on the promised data in spite of confirming just a day before. Was told up that it would happen next day at 8.30 am. Again nobody showed up, called and a guy came at 11 who had no idea about the job and had no equipment. Finally I gave up and asked for refund which the provider agreed to.

The workman showed up on time and did a thorough job. My only complaint is about cleanup--the work site was left quite messy (there was a lot of debris was left under a radiator on the bathroom floor, and the walls above the tub will need to be repainted). 

Marcio's team is on time and did an excellent job to install the glass splashwall. Cleaned up after project is done. The price is very fare and quality is very good.

The guys were excellent.  They showed up on time.  Stayed until the job was finished.  Cleanup was great.

The money was definitely worth it, great communication and reasonable price!

They were punctual, very professional and the work was done in a very good time-frame.
They informed us of every step along the way and answered any questions we had. We also made a few last minute changes on the design and they were very flexible. We are very pleased with the work that they did on our Master bathroom and will definitely hire them again for other tile work we plan on doing in our home in the near future.

They were selected by our GC and installed tile that we had purchased at Home Depot. Overall installation, including backer, took 3 days (including one day for me to chase down some extra bullnose that had been discontinued by Home Depot). The installer provided guidance on tile layout and was very quick with the installation. We love the result and may use them for some additional projects.
