"Joe was responsive on email, which was very important to me, and polite and helpful, and the deck ended up looking beautiful and within budget. My only issue is that his subcontractor made a few mistakes and omissions along the way which delayed the project, and I did have to do one fix afterward (re-gluing a piece that fell off). I also want to add that Joe was great dealing with me OR my husband, and was not at all sexist. Unfortunately, you cannot take this for granted among contractors."

The majority of the subcontractors were good though we did have some issues with the timely completion of work. However, WR Builders, Incmade sure to stay on top of the sub-contractors and that all the work that we had agreed upon was completed. We went with WR Builders, Inc recommended vendors for wooden flooring and cabinets and were pleased with the options offered. They made recommendations to better the space and were mindful of our budget. The one thing that really sets them apart is that they really care about client satisfaction and they addressed our questions and concerns and got us the answers we needed. Overall, we are satisfied with the work and love our kitchen and the sunroom!"

"I highly recommend using Scott Curtice for any renovation project no matter how complex it is. We bought a house that was over a hundred years old that had not been renovated for decades. Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look. He spent several sessions reworking his plan always taking into account our needs and desires. Once the actual renovation began, we ran into a number of complex structural issues with the house itself. No matter what obstacle came up, Scott and his team were able to find solutions. His team was efficient in their work and they were all always reliable. In fact, many of our neighbors were astounded that all subcontractors worked on the home daily and that they actually were busy the entire time they were at our house.
