"I got an emergency situation, and need to remove the winds damaged tree, which hanging in the midair about 40ft above ground. Hector responded to my call right the way. We than met at my place an hour later to examine the damaged and gave me a very good quote for the jobs and he can have his crew in the afternoon and get it done. But we ended up agreed to start the job next day because I had decided to have him take down all 5 trees together instead of just the damaged tree.
