This included cutting foundation for full size windows, putting in a new zone for heating and cooling system, and all the plumbing and electrical work needed. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I have gotten many compliments on our basement and I will hire them again to do work on my house."

The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. "I needed the work complete in 10 days. Humbarto was punctual every step in the process. The work was done on time as discussed. He scrape the ceiling added a bonding compound. When dried he plaster and came back later to prime and paint. The ceilings were smooth and painted professionally. The kitchen wall looked great no more cracks. Humbarto answered all my calls and questions. He explained what he would do and he was here for the whole project. I would hire him again."

We had eight new windows placed the whole back of the house has new siding and trim as well as corner boards and it looks incredible. The deck was masterfully built where it is incorporated within the structure of the house it is absolutely 100% leak proof and a joy to experience. The project started in late February and finished in late May. James was a wonderful contractor to work with with a great crew and Grainnie made sure that all of the appointments were met and coordinated all aspects of the work.
