Dean was very easy to work with, understood the work that was needed to be done, didn't try to up sell, came in with a very reasonable quote. We had 5 sliding glass doors installed which had a long lead time on getting made but he stayed in contact during that time. His crew showed up 7 am sharp, cleaned up after themselves leaving it better than what it was before at the end of the day. Everything came out looking great.

We hired Durable Remodeling to build a brand new front porch on our house, and it came out beautifully. We have a 120-year-old Colonial house, which is in good shape, except that the front portico and a side entrance were both falling apart. Dean gave us several different ideas about how we could replace or repair them, and he encouraged us to think creatively about what we want. We decided to add a large farmer's porch to the front of our house and redesign the side entrance. Dean designed both beautifully, and the entire Durable Remodeling crew worked fast, efficiently, and carefully. Throughout the entire project, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. The porch matches the style of our house so perfectly that it looks like it has been there since the house was built. The side entrance has become much more functional with the redesign, while staying true to the house's style. We highly recommend Durable Remodeling!

We hired Durable Remodeling to replace our older wood deck with a new Azek deck. Dean was wonderful to work with; very knowledgeable about what we needed, and very personable. I received quotes from 6 different companies. Durable was right in the middle pricewise. The guys who did the work were friendly and efficient and there workmanship was excellent. Would hire them again in a minute.

Exceptionally well. Dean was very responsive to our inquiry, gave us a time frame for beginning/completion, and estimate of how long job would take (it actually took less time than anticipated). The crew arrived early each day, was extremely polite and respectful, answered any questions we had. Not only did the deck come out perfect, but the clean up was exceptional. Dean did final walk-through to make sure we were completely satisfied, if we had any concerns, they would be taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend this company.

We are thrilled with our new deck constructed by Durable Remodeling. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend and hire them again. Dean was very professional and responsive to any questions I had. He was helpful with options to choose materials to fit my budget. Although the job was delayed some, he was very communicative of the schedule. He also helped fix a minor siding issue that I didn't have the tools to fix.

My husband and I wanted to build a new 3 season porch to replace our deck that failed. We interviewed 3 companies to perform the work. We choose Durable Remodeling. Dean Willette discussed the project taking the time to understand what were the key aspects of the project. He then discussed the options that were available to so we were able to make informed decisions throughout the process. The quote was very competitive. Since the deck would cover the outside entrance to our basement a trapdoor needed to be built into the floor. The drawings our architect drew had a spot for the door but the design would have been too heavy to open. Dean designed the door so it was both structurally sound and functional. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and professional. The team showed up when committed, the team was knowledgeable and respectful. I always had a way to get in touch with someone to discuss any concerns I may have. When the work finished my house looked fabulous! The work was top notch. During one of the walkthroughs with the crew and the town inspectors, the inspector stopped in to tell me what a good job the team was doing. We really appreciated that. This is the 2nd time working with Durable Remodeling for a roof. This time it was my parents house that needed the roof. Dean came to the house and worked with my parents. The price was very reasonable to replace the entire roof, plywood, shingles and gutters, etc. The crew showed up tight on time and worked for over 12 hrs. They came back a few days later to install the gutters. Very good work. My parents are very pleased and relieved that its done. Communication was perfect. Dean responds very quickly to any questions and concerns you have. I highly recommend and would hire again

Durable Remodeling rebuilt our deck in February of 2018. Throughout the process, my wife and I found everyone at Durable to be polite, responsive, professional, prompt, and thorough. They arrived at work early each morning and started without imposing on either of us. The crew worked around my family’s work schedule and improvised around our lack of outdoor power. His crew completed our deck project in the week he estimated. All of the people who worked on the project were polite and respectful to both my wife and me when answering our questions and addressing our concerns about the job and its timeline.
