Very high quality solution done in a short time period - worked within the confines of my very old home and did the work with lots of care not to disturb existing structure. "Pedro was very easy to work with. Background: We had a french drain and drainage installed due to flooding. Prior to that work, the basement was already finished, but this work required us to need a new floor and baseboards. We had tile down and wanted to put an laminate down. After talking with Pedro prior to any work being done (during the consult), it was decided to see if it was better to level the floor to the remaining tile or jack hammering all the remaining tile up. We had an idea of the product we wanted, and he was able to recommend a different version of the product that was better that we were not aware existed. Our basement baseboards were tricky. We were told to use PVC wood, but Pedro recommended against it since it was an enclosed space that we would be using and that is known to release toxins. Once work started: Pedro and the men were such hard workers. The time they arrived in the morning could vary depending on if they went to Home Depot first. The time they left depended on how much they wanted to complete before they left. Every night they cleaned up (and this was a space we weren't using at all.) Each day I got an update on the status. While laying the floor, Pedro had to work around drains in the floor. With the french drain, we had this plastic wall trim to have water drain into from the wall. It was very ugly and couldn't be kept as is since part of the tile behind it was destroyed. Pedro worked with me to create a nice looking baseboard with a gap to allow for the water to drain into the french drain. We also decided last minute to make a small cellar room (with stone foundation walls) into a real room with insulation and walls! They were able to get that done as well and it looks amazing. (I didn't rate price, because I didn't comparison shop. I had originally contacted Pedro and got a quote. Then ended up contacting him to find out when he could do it and was told the following week. I wanted the basement job finished before I went back to work so didn't bother to comparison shop.)"

"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"We were very pleased with Kinsella Built's craftsmanship and work ethic. We had an extensive job that required them to replace a rotted post that was structurally required to hold up the back porch. "Khaled did a major renovation for our property, including kitchen, bathroom, basement, living room and deck. The house needed upgrading of heating system, electrical and plumbing. Khaled came highly recommended from our realtor who said that he did excellent work for her. From the moment we meet Khaled it was apparent he knew his stuff. He walked through the house examining the structure and construction, pointing out defects, areas of improvements, and possible approaches. When we started the actual demo and rebuilding, his crew was diligent and very capable. Khaled takes pride in his work and is honest and reasonable and I suggest asking for his input as he always has good ideas and vision. In this age of cost cutting, sloppy workmanship, and lack of integrity, Khaled stands out as an honest contractor who cares about his work. He doesnâ t cut corners and is through and careful. His crew is also trustworthy and hardworking. Bonus points to Khaled also for being funny, smart and charismatic. Yeah this is a paean of praise but in this case well warranted. Five stars for this excellent contractor."

"The most important part of a remodeling project is your contractor. It is the contractor that determines how smoothly the project goes and how pleased you will be when it is finished. Liam Neary is the contractor I would want to work with again. We actually enjoyed the remodeling process because of Liam. Liam was very attentive to all our concerns throughout the project. All work performed by Liam himself was exceptional. He is neat, prompt, and organized with a-plus communication. Liam is honest, congenial and eager to please. Subcontractor work occasionally did not rise up to Liam's standards. Whenever we pointed these minor details out, Liam always rectified the issues. We love our new kitchen!"

"We hired Iwano & Sons for the exterior painting of our home and garage. We found the process of working with Gabriel (Iwano) and his team to be beyond excellent. We obtained several quotes in the initial stages of identifying a contractor. From the outset Gabriel was prompt, professional and extremely responsive (we had many questions about the process). He and his team's follow up to questions and information was very speedy and patient with us. The work started quickly upon agreement. The team arrived early and promptly each day. Given this was a painting job, the team took great lengths to ensure the property around painting areas (plants etc) were covered and protected. The home was fully scraped, sanded, prepared and primed. The team addressed some carpentry issues and really tidied up a couple minor issues we had (an under deck stairs gate that was literally hanging off prior to the job; we didn't anticipate the team would fix this and they did ... brand new looking gate installed and fixed). Some rain delays (completely beyond the control of the team) postponed painting a little, but once clement weather returned, the team was back on site immediately. The house was painted with two coats of premium Benjamin Moore paint. We have been thrilled with the overall paint job and especially to the attention to detail to the trim etc. We even had a last minute addition request, to the work, which Gabriel accommodated overnight and was done the next day (we asked for some drain down spouts to be replaced as part of the work, and it was done the next day). We are extremely happy with the work Iwano & Sons has done. The job completed with Gabriel coming to do a walk around the property with us to ensure satisfaction and needs had been addressed. He also providing an informational booklet on the job, about paint information (color codes etc) and materials used, for future reference. Another extremely nice touch and professional aspect to this company. Would very much recommend Gabriel/Iwano & Sons. Professional, courteous, and excellent work. We are planning another home project with this company already."
