"Khaled did a major renovation for our property, including kitchen, bathroom, basement, living room and deck. The house needed upgrading of heating system, electrical and plumbing. Khaled came highly recommended from our realtor who said that he did excellent work for her. From the moment we meet Khaled it was apparent he knew his stuff. He walked through the house examining the structure and construction, pointing out defects, areas of improvements, and possible approaches. When we started the actual demo and rebuilding, his crew was diligent and very capable. Khaled takes pride in his work and is honest and reasonable and I suggest asking for his input as he always has good ideas and vision. In this age of cost cutting, sloppy workmanship, and lack of integrity, Khaled stands out as an honest contractor who cares about his work. He doesnâ t cut corners and is through and careful. His crew is also trustworthy and hardworking. Bonus points to Khaled also for being funny, smart and charismatic. Yeah this is a paean of praise but in this case well warranted. "The most important part of a remodeling project is your contractor. It is the contractor that determines how smoothly the project goes and how pleased you will be when it is finished. Liam Neary is the contractor I would want to work with again. We actually enjoyed the remodeling process because of Liam. Liam was very attentive to all our concerns throughout the project. All work performed by Liam himself was exceptional. He is neat, prompt, and organized with a-plus communication. Liam is honest, congenial and eager to please. Subcontractor work occasionally did not rise up to Liam's standards. Whenever we pointed these minor details out, Liam always rectified the issues. We love our new kitchen!"
