"I hired DS General Services Corp (Mr. Wehlington Da Silva) to refinish hardwood floors on the first floor; remove wall-to-wall carpet, remove vinyl floors and refinish the original hardwood floors on the second floor; and install new luxury vinyl plank flooring in our attic and basement. In other words, he and his team re-did all of the floors in the house from top to bottom. Wehlington and his crew arrived on time every morning at 7am and worked straight through each day until 5pm to 7pm. The crew was polite, courteous and professional. Wehlington consulted with me when necessary, but otherwise he was a man of few words. His actions spoke volumes: He was careful, professional, detail-oriented, committed to excellence, and took pride in the high quality of his workmanship. "I hired Nilton and his company Pro Touch Construction to help completely demolish and renovate my 2BD 2BA 900 sq ft condo when I originally purchased it. The project included: - Complete demo of each room - Kitchen expansion and remodeling - Appliance installation (dishwasher, sink, stove, etc) - Complete remodeling of both bathrooms - Converting a stand up shower in one of the bathrooms to a walk-in shower - Brand new electrical and plumbing work (including installing in-wall speakers throughout the condo) - Install new vinyl flooring - Repainting the entire unit - Etc One of the things that stood out the most for me with Nilton is that he took the time to meet with me (several times) at the condo when I first purchased it. I had spent time designing each room with an interior designer using Pinterest photo albums and other inspiration I had found. But I also had a very fixed budget which not only did he make work but he consulted me on things I should consider to save costs (including going with vinyl flooring vs hardware floors). As shown in the photos, Nilton and his crew completed the project to absolute perfect. I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful my condo looked after he finished the job.
