Andrew was great, very sociable and very helpful with a wide range of plumbing issues. He'd be great for any plumbing job you're looking to get done.

They were beyond wonderful. This is a smallish business run with the professionalism and skill of a much larger one. Personal service, prompt and knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I cannot say enough that is good about them. My first experience was on an emergency basis one Sunday morning when my heat failed. My usual plumber was away and recommended I contact Local, which I did to my delight. He came when promised, troubleshot and replaced defective parts on my old system, and arranged for an electrician to come the next day to replace a defective relay (which was not available on a Sunday afternoon). He has been extremely helpful and capable and is full of integrity. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I'm an English major and words fail me. I feel as if I've gone back in time to an era when service mattered to those providing it as well as those receiving it.

He was here in 20 minutes and he told us right away that we needed a different specialist, not a plumber and he helped us evaluate exactly what the problem was and find a specialist and then got on the phone with them to explain the problem. And there was no fee. I’d hire him in a second for plumbing work

Local Plumbing & Heating went above and beyond! They did a solid job and they stand behind their work to this day. If I ever have the slightest issue, they’re here right away to check and fix it. Plumbers I’ve had in the past seem to disappear after the work is done. Local Plumbing & Heating are like family! I’d recommend them to anyone looking to not get ripped off and who appreciate thorough, thoughtful and professional expertise.

He is trustworthy: I know he will take care of everything I asked for and thinking ahead for great ideas.
