"The water heater replacement went well. It was replaced quickly & no problems with it. When we asked the same pumper to fix our toilets & sinks. He had to leave & come back. He lied about having tools and needing to leave & come back several times to fix the sinks & toilets he was paid to fix already. This whole process took several weeks which should have took a day or two. He was suspected of taking a craftsman screwdriver. He denied it & avoided contact & failed to compensate."

"I paid them $1000 to replace pipes under the house which they said were old and needed upgrading. I guess they acted like they fixed it. The next time I called them for a clogged shower drain he said he wouldn't charge me becuase he admitted to me they took my $1000 and didn't fix my pipes and I guess he felt guilty. One time they installed a new toilet and said "uh that'll be $400." And they sounded surprised when I was like ok. They knew that was ridiculously high but could get away with it because I was a young female and didn't know any better. I gave this exact same review on nextdoor.com. The owner called me and listened to my story. She looked up the service invoices and saw the invoices for this "work". She asked how she could make it right and apologized for my experience. She said she'd get back to me and refund me anything that I overpaid. Instead of doing that, she reported my bad review on nextdoor and got it taken down. So that's how they deal with bad service."

He promptly cleared the line using the hydro-jet and replaced the galvanized piping with PVC including the install of a new cleanout valve. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work area not leaving a mess which is appreciated. The price was reasonable considering the circumstances and he was very efficient. I noticed the toilet was rocking a bit the next day (I did not notice it the day before) and it was the weekend so I left a message at their office. My message was that it was no hurry to call me back when they returned to the office, however I got a call back that day anyway and they had the installer come back out on Monday to fix it.
