Paid for the two hours for $180. Workmen arrived on time, did a great job, and left before the end of two hours. A couple of weeks later I received a bill for $100, With three hours of work listed. They called me when I expressed my concern that the hours were inaccurate and told me that it was the transportation fee. I have a hard time seeing but our transportation when it was 2 1/2 miles from my house!

In reviewing the notes from the techs and the inspection report, we do show that quite a bit of work was required to correct the electrical issues noted in the report, including replacing a sub panel and ground rods among several other items. This work required permitting and inspection. We reviewed the tracking on the tech vehicles and show that their time falls in line with the labor noted in the estimate. We proceeded with the work based on your approval of the estimate we provided. Did you solicit other electricians in the Baton Rouge area for an estimate of this work to compare our pricing? If you had, you would have found that our pricing is fair and competitive in this market. Again, we apologize that we did not deliver the service you requested to your satisfaction."

Arrived on time. We discussed the location for the motion light fixtures and the security cameras. They completed the work in about 5 hours and worked diligently to complete the work In a timely manner. I was kept informed about the entire installation. They installed the camera video cables in the attic and fished it though the wall at my HDTV. They even connected the cameras to the DVR and allI had to do was turn power on. Would definitely use again. They were very courteous and professional in the quality of the work they did.

Excellent service--we are so happy to have found such a great service. Stewart came out twice, once to inspect our panels and a second time to replace a chandelier. He is terrific, knowledgeable, efficient, and very helpful.

The electrician showed up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. I had 2 electrical recepticles not working and the electrician traced the problem to a 3rd recepticle with a loose wire that had apparently been "arching" for some time determined by the demarkation on the cover plate, recepticle part and surrounding wall. All that was needed was a receptical replacement and proper tightening of the wiring to the recepticle for that recepticle and then the circuit was unbroken. I did have to supply the recepticle since he did not have the type recepticle in his truck but was not charged for any parts, only labor. Took him 1 1/2 hrs to complete the job and I was charged for exactly that amount of labor time. This company has done many jobs in my neighborhood because I have seen their trucks at various addresses. Checked them out on Angie's List and they did not disappoint. It's important to me to have an experienced electrician who is courteous, punctual and professional resolve any electrical issues and Cajun Electric is all of that. I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.
