The company representative/ salesman literally lied about everything they said they could do. The crew they sent to my house when they arrived said we can't level or raise your drive way slab but I had already signed a contract because I was lied too. They started the work and when they were done my drive way was literally no better than before and even worse because they broke one of my slabs clean in half and were like "oh well, sucks to be you" This company is a fraud, do not use. Don't believe me come to my house and see the garbage work that they did. I paid 13 thousand dollars for nothing but damage to my property. Scum bags!

Our carport had a crack across it and the recent drought caused the front of the carport to sunk 2-3 inches. This impacted our roof line and made opening the front door impossible. Reliable fixed the problem by installing foundation piers under the carport support columns. After raising the roof back to its proper line and installing temporary supports, they demolished the old carport surface, poured new cement and reinstalled the permanent support posts. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. The people who worked at our home for over a week were personable, considerate and friendly. All their work was done with skill and excellence...even the cleanup! The foreman answered all our questions and thoroughly explained the work being done. Everyone went above and beyond. We give Reliable Foundations the highest recommendation possible.

The best especially in Ares where repairs to the concrete were done. Now we have more cracking that the filling under the concrete was supposed to prevent. My husband called and after several weeks James came out but says they would not honor the warranty because of the truck, which they knew was the one concern we had and had the driveway lifted and filled underneath. Needless to say we are extremely disappointed in the work and warranty that Reliable Foundation provided. They are NOT VERY RELIABLE! We would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

The company owner is involved as well as the workers. Excellent job leveling my driveway and sidewalk. Pressure washed and sealed made the concrete look new. Beautiful results! Recommended!

Reliable Foundations was the only company for me for several reasons. Out of four different foundation repair quotes, Reliable was the only company to fully scale under my house to assess ALL damage (rather than just looking for damage that I was aware of), produce a professional quote that listed estimates broken down, and they were the only ones to produce a drawing to demonstrate the severity of the settling (showing how much each foundation pillar had sunken. There were a few small issues - I want to convey these issues to other potential customers so that they know what to expect: 1. I was required to put down a 30% deposit before scheduling would even call me. It took about three or four weeks after writing the check for the deposit before I got a phone call. This long gap in time made me to believe that maybe I had been scammed (until I looked up reviews and saw from other customers that Reliable Is great with foundations and horrible at communications). 2. Jacks, tools, old/new termite shields, and the work trailer were frequently left in undesired locations at times. Not s serious issue for me, it drove my partner insane and I had to hear about it frequently. Redeeming qualities: 1. Their work speaks for itself. My house is leveled, the termite damage has been completely mitigated, and they sent someone to do a follow up in person (which is preferred rather than over the phone). 2. Because of Hurricane Ida, I was allowed leniency with payment and broke down the final bill over a few installments. For this service, I am eternally grateful. 3. The work crews were EXTREMELY hardworking. One guy in particular stood out - middle aged Hispanic male. He spoke no English, but my Spanish was enough to communicate. He was the first worker to show up when the job started. He did debris removal completely by himself, crawling under the house over and over, bringing unimaginable amounts of garbage and dried concrete blocks out from under my house. There were two or three days when he would show up and stay working under the house all day by himself, without a visible break. This man deserves whatever raise Reliable Foundations will give him, especially since I have no idea how or when he even took restroom breaks. 4. Even though it was not their liability, the workers took my doors off the hinges and repositioned hardware so that my doors would shut and lock after the leveling left the doors disfuncional (which was completely expected given the back corner of my house needed to be raised over 3 inches). ð thank you Reliable Foundations for your hard work.

Sales representative presented an agreement. The agreement was accepted and a down payment was given. The office said they could not honor the agreement and send a new salesman and they double the price. looking for the contractor to honor the first agreement

Came out and looked at two story gutter job; came back with ladders and gave me advice re gutter and roof problems with bid; after we agreed on work, they returned when promised and work several days to finish all work promised plus some repairs to additional problems uncovered while on job without additional cost; they worked straight through weekend to complete work and cleaned up all.
