I paid them $1000 to replace pipes under the house which they said were old and needed upgrading. I guess they acted like they fixed it. The next time I called them for a clogged shower drain he said he wouldn't charge me becuase he admitted to me they took my $1000 and didn't fix my pipes and I guess he felt guilty. One time they installed a new toilet and said "uh that'll be $400." And they sounded surprised when I was like ok. They knew that was ridiculously high but could get away with it because I was a young female and didn't know any better. I gave this exact same review on nextdoor.com. The owner called me and listened to my story. She looked up the service invoices and saw the invoices for this "work". She asked how she could make it right and apologized for my experience. She said she'd get back to me and refund me anything that I overpaid. Instead of doing that, she reported my bad review on nextdoor and got it taken down. So that's how they deal with bad service.

Highly recommended for plumbing services! Best prices, professional, very friendly, honest and extremely helpful! They went out of there way to make sure that I was 100% fixed up right and in working order. I couldn't be anymore grateful to Jeff, his crew and office staff with Big Easy Plumbing. Called first thing Monday morning after experiencing serious back-up in kitchen sink over weekend.  Big Easy was VERY responsive and was able to come out within 2 hours.  Plumber was young but knowledgeable, asking lots of questions to diagnose the problem.  Worked diligently and cleaned up after he finished.  Would definitely recommend this company.

Fast response on a Saturday, arrived within an hour and did great professional job. Worker was very professional, curtius, and worked fast to solve all clogs. I can recommend this company and will call them the next time I have plumbing problem.

cut old pipe and replaced to stop leak. tightened pipe faucet to stop leaking
scheduling took a couple of days, but the leak was not serious. it is understandable in this line of work.
I would use them again.

We use this company frequently and they are always responsive to our needs. They come out on weekends and after hours when there is an emergency and stay until the job is complete.

We had our kitchen sink drain clog before Christmas with a house full of guests. Big Easy came out the same afternoon, on a Saturday and mechanically cleared the clog. He chose not to charge the after hours surcharge, which was nice of them.
I had used them a couple of months prior to clear a clogged toilet - my 4y old had dropped a toy car in a month before, and it finally became a problem. He couldn't clear it on the first visit and the larger machine was unavailable. He did fix a leak in the kitchen sink trap, however. He came out again the next day with the machine and a helper. They cleared it by pushing the toy to the street. The total charge was $140. They were courteous and professional.

They were very good responsive wise. The price was about average. We called in the morning and they were able to do the service that afternoon.
