+ -1 moreThe guys who came out were very nice and professional. They got the job done within a very reasonable amount of time and cleaned up well before they left. I noticed the toilet was rocking a bit the next day (I did not notice it the day before) and it was the weekend so I left a message at their office. My message was that it was no hurry to call me back when they returned to the office, however I got a call back that day anyway and they had the installer come back out on Monday to fix it. No more issues! I will be using this company next time I need something.

+ 0 moreThe technician made several attempts to snake the line through the vent pipe but was not successful. He then took the time to snake the line through the discharge line from the sink and was then able to remove the debris that had accumulated in the line over many years.
Description of Work: Kitchen drain was running very slow and needed to be cleared. The obstruction was located 2 to 3 feet from the under sink trap.

They not only had the video, but also had a diagram of the lines they were able to email me for another unrelated project. Great customer service and terrific record keeping!
