Following Hurricane Ida, we had damage to our patio that Professional patio had previously installed. Following the loss, we contact them and decided to have our patio enclosed and repaired. The cost was over 20k for all work. In October 2021 we were told parts were ordered. For nearly a year and with almost no communication we waited for install and repair. Finally in August 2022 we had our patio repaired and enclosed. After completion, the install crew had failed to protect the floor leaving stains on the concrete, they cracked a window on installing, and the chalk was separating. They have since failed to repair any of these issues and keep delaying a solve to our issue. We are now filing a complaint with the BBB.

The workers came (3) and put them up with no problems. They were
very professional, courtesy and helpful if I had any questions. The gutters
were large, aluminum; color matches my overhang that you don?t notice it. The
grill is so fine I doubt if anything can get in there. One would only have to
use a small hand broom to get leaves off, if the wind doesn?t blow them off
first as I have lots in my yard!
Unless you knew I had gutters it would be hard to actually
notice them because they blend in very well. That is exactly what I wanted! I
am so happy with the results. Thanks guys, you did it again! One very happy
customer!!

It took awhile as I had hired the wrong people and had to let them go. Professional Patio took over but had to take care of prior comments first, then all the rain came and the ground would get soaked so I couldn?t get the termite guys out nor have my air conditioning moved and of course you can?t pour concrete at that time, so took awhile but so, so worth it! I love it!! I am so thankful to this
company for stepping in and helping me out of a bad situation. Jamie and his team were very hard workers! Cheryl was so nice and patient with me. Her help made it all so very easy. Everyone was very professional, pleasant, helpful and respectful people.
I am going to hire them again when I redo my front patio! They also have reasonable prices!

It took one day to install the slab and a week later they installed the screen room, again in one day. It is a wonderful addition to our home. Another room we have to enjoy.

From initial estimates to final job completion, everything was great.

I used Professional Patios and Screenrooms a couple of years ago and they're actually coming back out in about a month. I was very pleased. They were on time, finished the job in their estimate, their cost was reasonable compared to others that I had quoted and the quality was excellent. I recently called them out for the hail damage so they'll be coming out to re place it.

They were very patient, when our local government first told us no building permit was required, then told us we needed one, then delayed granting it to us for two months. They moved us around on the schedule and got the job done as quickly as they could once the permit was granted.
The sub-contractor who did the concrete was outstanding (see review for Pronounced Concrete LLC).
The team who installed the carport did a beautiful job.
The only negative was the soffit and fascia that we paid them extra to install was done poorly. We provided the Hardie board and a saw set up with the appropriate blade, but they were in a rush at the end of the day. it was crooked, some nails did not go into anything. We did call the supervisor, who came out to look at it and agreed that it was poor quality work. We had to redo it ourselves, between the time of demolition and when the new carport was installed.
They do a great job on car ports, but if you are having an existing structure removed, that is attached to your home, hire a carpenter to fix the house where the car port is removed, then let these guys work their magic on the carport.
We recommend this company.

Well, they replaced 10 windows in about 6 hours. The windows look great, reduce noise extremely well and keep the house cooler

We had hail damage to our large patio cover and it started to leak. It was old and we wanted to replace it. We had 3-4 companies come out and give us an estimate. They all seemed to say about the same thing. I originally wanted to go with Professioanl Patios and Screemrooms, but they were booked out for a few months and we were having a b-day party. I picked some other company that was mid-priced by comparison. BIG MISTAKE! They were weeks late, and the guys who came and did the job were un-professional looking and then the patio cover COLLAPSED after the 1st sort-of-hard rain. Thank God no one was hurt. BTW, this faulty patio cover was installed by a company that had and A rating on the BBB's website. I even complained to the BBB and they STILL have an A rating. Why did the patio cover collapse? B/c they were supposed to install 4 posts and only put up 3 and not enough downspouts, either. When I realized that the work did NOT match the contract specs, I called. But instead of owning up to their error, they denied all responsibility and REFUSED to do anything about it. I am not the suing kind, so I went thru the Louisiana Attorney General's mediation program to try to get some sort of compensation. The mediation team that worked with me clearly out-lined how this co. (Advantage Home Improvements) was at fault for BREACH of CONTRACT (not installing the patio cover according to contract specs) but he owner STILL refused to negotiate. After the owner missed the 1st mediation appt. and a grueling 2-hrs of him refusing to reason during the mediation session, I finally said I would be happy with ANY amount and he agreed to refund me 1/2 of what the mediation team said he should legally pay. That was the end of that whole mess and I needed a patio cover!
I called Professional Patio and Screenrooms back and hired them to install the patio cover. BIG DIFFERENCE! The installers were polite and professional-looking (no offensive music, too). And after, the quality of this new patio was visible: sturdier looking and the posts were in better places. Also, the same guy who came over to quote me came after the install to inspect and take pics. He even got on top of the patio to make sure it was done right. (with the first intsall, the guy who quoted me never showed up to check on the work.)
At first all the quotes seemed basically the same, but the difference was BIG. Better service, better quality, and even a guarantee. I totally recommend Professional Patios and Screenrooms.

They did two things for me, one was a little repair job and the main thing they did was a carport cover. I think it was maybe somewhat around $2000 worth of work. The carport work was probably done maybe about three years ago, I am guessing, and the repair work they did was after I hit one of the post with my car and bent it. They came and replaced it. They are a very good company and I highly recommend them. I had this work done in the beginning of 2009, I could be off a little bit. I found them really very good. At first, I talked with two or three other companies and though they had a competitive price, but the first one who made the sale was probably much more knowledgeable, I felt more confident and they had good recommendations. I checked out a couple of them and they did an outstanding job. The proof of which was that it endured another storm of high winds, not Katrina, but afterwards and it did not blow away. They used a patio cover that is made mostly out of aluminum stuff. It was very strong and very professionally installed as well as sold. So everything about this company is every favorable from me. I think very positively about Professional Patios and Screenrooms Inc. They are very remarkable in that kind of service and they are very impressive. I would use them again in the future if I would need them.

"Customer was informed that once the one window he wanted changed out was removed there would be a gap. We informed him that we could put a piece of wood under it but that we do not paint. Customer knew this and agreed before work was started. It was explained to customer if he needed carpentry work done, he would have to hire a carpenter and he agreed before the installation of the one window. We are sorry that this customer's expectation was not met."

I was very happy with the work. They did wonderful and they did everything they said at the time that they specified. I couldn't ask for a better company to deal with. I would recommend them to anybody. I was very satisfied because everything they told me was done on time. Sometimes the contractors will say they would finish work on a certain day and just before that day comes they would say that they had a problem but this company did everything they said at the specified time they gave me. I have no complaints. I only have good things to say about them. They poured a concrete slab and then erected the screen room. They are wonderful people to deal with and they don't beat around the bush with you. Whatever they tell you they do and when they quote you a price it's the same price. This company gives you a price and that's it. The materials that they use are excellent. Actually it's better than I expected it to be. I'm just really trilled. Their workmanship and everything is just so good. Their price was good because I had prices from other contractors. I'm not going to say it was the lowest price but compared to the other quotes that I got theirs was good. This was the best quote and best price that I got. I've dealt with contractors before and some are mediocre's and some are just playing bad.

My experience with them was very good. I used them last year for the windows and was very happy with them and then I used them again to do the trim of the overhang and columns in front of my house with vinyl because they were just so good the first time I used them. I spent about $6000 for the last service. They are very professional and very detail oriented about the details of installation and cleaning up afterwards. They interfered as little as possible in my day to day while they were doing the remodel. I would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

They were professional and prompt. This company did a good job with cleanup after the job and they were reasonably priced. I will use them again in the future. Their responsiveness was good; they came out right away with our quote, no problems, and they stuck to their quote.
