His quote was comparable to the other quote I received, but I decided to go with Mr. Ali because I felt that he was an honest and fair businessman. I was not disappointed. He was in constant contact with me and his workers during the installation. He came to inspect the work and answered any questions that I had. The workers were wonderful and the job was completed in the amount of days that was estimated. The siding looks even better than expected! "Ray Rainwater and his crew are very professional, trustworthy & faithful to his words. They replaced rotten posts on porch & shed, and replaced & painted rotten fascia boards, installed new metal door with a pet door on shed, & built new double-doors on the shed. In small bathroom in the house they replaced fiberglass shower/tub with new porcelain tub & custom tile, plumbing fixtures & access door to plumbing, new toilet, exhaust heater/fan, light fixtures, vanity, ceramic tile on floor, drywall & painted cabinets & walls. Ray also replaced our roof from hurricane storm damage. I’m happy with the results. Ray addressed any questions/changes I had until I was happy. They worked with us thru Covid, two hurricanes, and Ray’s fall from someone else’s roof. They cleaned up any mess they made and left the area clean. We have gained a friend as well with Ray. He’s a good man y’all."

"This was a rental house which the tenants were waiting to move in. The paint job was sloppy with wall paint on trim , small missed areas, inadequate coverage of closet shelves, and used a dirty tarp, spilling dirt from a previous job on the freshly steam cleaned carpets. Not to mention a small dab of paint on the carpet.

We showed David a picture and he copied it perfectly. He communicated with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He had a lot to do when putting in the stove. Cabinets and tile had to be cut out. Completed job was a professional installation that we are very happy with. We will without a doubt use David again and we feel very fortunate to have found him!!
