They did a good job from what we saw and we paid them for the services. We really should have looked further into the paint detail. We noticed one block of wood on the awning needed to be redone. It was left upside down. There were also clips to tie on the awning on the outside walls that are missing and need replaced. I called the service provider to let him know and he stated he would be out to resolve the problem. He came out on April 7th to prime the wood block to repair it. After that, I have called him over 10 times to try and get them to come out to finish resolving the problem. They are not picking up my calls anymore and they still have not come to fix anything.

This guy gave me a bid in writing on everything they were gonna do. He wanted another four thousand dollars more than he quoted. I gave him everything in writing, even down to the paint type. We were very very specific and clear about the stuff that I want for everything. This guy came back with so bad like spray paint. I got screwed for about eleven grand. He did such a bad job.

I should've known better than to do this work for you as bad as you talked about the two people that were their before myself and my crew. I take pride in my work I also take pictures of jobs that I do and can show the job was complete and very nice sir. Also in another complaint you wrote you said $9,000 which neither price you put on here is correct you paid right at $7,000 but did not mention all the extras you kept asking me to do and the things you kept adding. Be honest man because lying gets you no where in life but bad karma that is why I give my all in every job I do. The only thing you were unhappy about was the limewash that you begged me to Diane I did not want to do but you said in front of witnesses that I had done such a great job with everything else that you didn't trust anyone else to do this and asked me to please watch video and try my best. I wanted a satisfied customer. Obviously you are unsatisfiable for I have spoken with two other painters and a contractor that said you dis the same thing to them. You kept having us to wait for cabinet man, wait on floor man, wait for this and that my sir that is what slowed my crew down waiting on you with the other work you had going on. Sorry you feel the need to slander my name and my business. I will continue to pray for you, but also pray no one else is fooled by your antics. I also was never paid in full for the rest that was owed to me because I felt bad about the limewash and all you paid for was materials on that. You added stuff after initial bit and continued to nit pick before work was even done. So prayers go out to you God bless your lil Heart!"

It's like a completely new house. It is much more modern. The rooms feel larger and brighter. Neighbors hardly recognize it as the same house. The improvement is even better than we had imagined.

They are hands down the worst contractor I have ever met in my life. They messed up the house so bad that what was originally going to be a $5000 or $6000 job from every other contractor, ended up taking $9000 to do. They did not know what they were doing. They did about $4000 in damage. They came back every couple of weeks to try and get more money to try and finish the project they started. They would show up for a day or two then they would go missing for weeks. In my line of work, I deal with contractors on a daily basis and I have never found anybody as unprofessional as these people.

You were impossible from the start of things you told us you would call us when floor man this and this person this. God don't like ugly and I wish no ill on you it pray for people like you. I did no damage to your home and God forgive you for that accusation and lie. Your father agreed with me on everything I can call him and have him tell you as well. I didn't want to do the limestone wash you begged. All I can do is Shake my head and realize theirs more people like you in this world..dishonest because of one thing I told you I never done before and didn't want to do it and you talked me into doing it for you. And then I came back and tried to fix it and make it right. Your house is over 200 years old needs more work than a baby need care. Incredibly professional and meticulous and enthusiastic. His workers were great, did a fabulous job. He kept on schedule and dealt with other contractors and some messy problems caused by others. He was exceptionally clean and was tuned into protecting and keeping my house from damage. His work was superb.

This was a rental house which the tenants were waiting to move in. The paint job was sloppy with wall paint on trim , small missed areas, inadequate coverage of closet shelves, and used a dirty tarp, spilling dirt from a previous job on the freshly steam cleaned carpets. Not to mention a small dab of paint on the carpet.
I gave the owner of the company 3 chances to rectify, but never completely would resolve issues. This caused much inconvenience for me, my wife and our tenants.

The provider was scheduled to come at 10am, but did not show until 12:30pm. He said Sherwin Williams did not get my paint color correct, and he had been there since 8am trying to get them to mix the correct color. Needless to say, I was very frustrated. When he arrived, I asked him if he could get the price of the paint reduced, since they inconvenienced him and me. He ultimately decided to discount the price of my services by $75 AND he bought me and my roommate lunch. He was very friendly and did a great job on my living room.

Work was done in a timely fashion.
All of their work went very smoothly and overall out come was BEAUTIFUL!
Mr. Sullivan helped me select the correct colors of paint and made recommendations
from his vast years of experience.
If his team saw things that needed to be done, they did it. Took off garbage, haul garbage
to street.
Hung pictures, clocks, crosses, etc.
Any thing I ask Mr. Sullivan and his team to help me with, Big or Small, he was there for me.

Painters were very professional and I would use them again. I bought the 8 hour paint special ran by Angie's list and I knew the project was much bigger than just 8 hours. The additional charge was fair and performed within my time guidelines. There was zero mess from their work and they worked so quitely you never knew they were there.

Had a hard time scheduling the work. Apparently they received a lot of reponse to their Angie's List offering. Then in addition, the owner had a car accident in which he was injured and had to have surgery which put them behind schedule even more. Fortunately, I was not in a big hurry to get the work done - and they were worth the wait. Very pleasant, very professional, and very efficient. The work was done quickly and beautifully. They did promise to stop back by to put some stain remover around one of the light fixtures, but have not done that yet. Nice people, but perhaps could use a little better organization as far as scheduling.

Sullivan Lane, the owner, is a great guy to work with. He is very professional but also flexible. He has many workers so they can do both big and small jobs. Their work is very high quality, my only complaint is their speed. They can talk more time than expected for projects. He is polite and respectful on the phone and works hard.
He can do estimates based on the project or pay by the hour. He comes by to inspect all the work that is done before expecting paymentI highly recommend Extreme Painters for any size project, interior or exterior. They are a great company to work with.

Where do I start? This company is excellent! Really are perfectionists and take pride in their work. Sullivan could not actually do any of the painting because of an injury. But he was checking on the job each day. If he wasn't satisfied, they did it again. LB, JoJo, David and Sullivan's son did a great job. And they were all so competent and polite too. My cost went over the voucher because I started adding a few other things to be done.
Sullivan is great to work with...professional, but fun. His wife is also a sweetheart. You will not be sorry if you use these people for a job. I'm already thinking of another project for them!
