"He did an excellent job with the curves in the design.  The only hiccup was there was a one day delay on getting the cement truck to the house.  But on the next morning his crew was here and so was the cement truck and they quickly finished the job.  I would use Mike on any other concrete work I had."

"I contacted Mr. Ali in order to have him give an estimate for vinyl siding for our home. He arrived promptly and gave a very thorough presentation to show he was fully insured. "This was a rental house which the tenants were waiting to move in. The paint job was sloppy with wall paint on trim , small missed areas, inadequate coverage of closet shelves, and used a dirty tarp, spilling dirt from a previous job on the freshly steam cleaned carpets. Not to mention a small dab of paint on the carpet.

I gave the owner of the company 3 chances to rectify, but never completely would resolve issues. This caused  much inconvenience for me, my wife and our tenants.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
