Eagle has some the most efficient and hard working employees I experienced in a very long time. The are knowledgeable in the products and services which include pest control, removing old insulation, adding new insulation, and roof repairs. My son who is engineer wanted to hire these guys for his company because of their work ethic and quality of work. I was pleasantly impressed with how tidy and neat they left my home. I will be calling them to replace my roof in the very near future. Exceptional customer service is a bonus.

Dustin and his team were efficient, professional, courteous and friendly. Dustin explained everything that needed to be done, why it was necessary, and how it would be done. The pricing was up front pricing, so I knew before hand what the cost would be. When work was finished, the team cleaned up any debris. I would definitely recommend this team.

I called Eagle Construction to find a solution to water intrusion into my kitchen during heavy rainstorms. The company's representative, Dustin Arnaud, visited me promptly to give me an estimate. During this visit, he asked to look in my attic. He pointed out that I needed to replace my AC ducts and add insulation to the attic space. i was aware of the need for this work, but it was not my priority. He told me that he would include improving my gutters without charge if I agreed to replacing the AC ducts and adding insulation. I agreed. The attic work was scheduled and performed promptly. I have no complaint about the work done in the attic. However, before any work was performed on my gutters, Dustin insisted they be paid for the attic work. He assured me that the gutter work would be handled promptly as soon as needed supplies could be ordered. i paid the company. At this point, Dustin informed me that he could not do any gutter work without additional charge. We argued and I relented. I agreed to pay an additional $475. Several scheduled appointments for the work were missed. Finally, Dustin's brother showed up to do the work. I was told to make the check out to Dustin Arnaud, not Eagle Construction. Approximately half the work was done when it started raining and the work was halted. It took several calls and 3 or 4 missed appointments before the work was finished. At the beginning of this process, I expressed doubt as to the proposed gutter solution would actually fix my problem Dustin assured me that if it didn't work, he would have a drainage expert design a sub-surface drain to help channel water away from my home. After the next heavy rain, I informed Dustin that rain water had again gotten into my home. It has been several weeks and I have never heard from Dustin or anyone else at Eagle Construction again.

Justin and Dustin did AMAZING. my bill went down by 50 bucks for my insulation! Hire these people to lower your bill!

They replaced our 48 year old a/c duct work, sanitized attic space (rodent activity noted), sealed all rodent entry points around home, including weep holes and around pipes, and blew in 4? of TAP pest control insulation (rated R30) on top of the existing insulation we had. It was an expensive project but I feel like it was worth it and will be good re-sale upgrade if we ever sell our home plus it gives me peace of mind that hopefully critters will not make their home in our attic space. It has only been a few days, so too early to determine energy savings although I was told the added insulation would make our home 10 degrees cooler. I will know better after we get a few more electric bills. The crew arrived on time and a supervisor was on site for the entire project, which took most of the day. They did an excellent job of cleaning up before they left.

Living in an older home, we wondered if unseen molds and mildew were affecting our family’s health. Our allergy symptoms were becoming worse when at home and seemed to be better when we were away. We made an inquiry with Eagle to have our AC ducts cleaned; but their careful inspection and willingness to show us that with more effort, we could rid our home of rodents, pests, molds and mildew in attic affecting our home’s ventilation system. Eagle removed and replaced insulation with insulation treated with boric acid to deter pests. AC ducts were replaced, and vents were cleaned. They sealed off gaps between the attic and outside. The Eagle crew was professional and courteous. The foreman was onsite at all times making sure that we were satisfied with each stage of the job. It’s been 1 week and everyone at home reports having clearer eyes, less sneezing and coughing. We highly recommend Eagle.

When you get into a situation like removing insulation ac problems we had mold issues in several rooms in 3 attics. It?s a 3 story house. It can be scary I did a lot of work myself for a good week. I talked to Dustin with Eagle he came out the same day and had a crew out the next day. And they answered all my questions and the amount of work they did was crazy. Super nice and they cleaned up after themselfs. Replaced insulation and ducts quick and professional. Easy to deal with. This was a big job and I had other contractors on it. Eagle was by far the best. Everything they did was done right the 1st time. Everything was easy no excuses like other contractors. Come on the job work till it?s done clean up good.

From the onset of doing business with Dustin, I found him to be disorganized and bullyish. He and his crew came unprepared and the two-day job turned into a 6-day job. One of the days his crew did not show because they all had to go to immigration for hearings. His equipment was rented, and no one knew how to assemble it at first. Dustin had to leave on a regular basis to buy more supplies instead of coming prepared. They spent more time in my garage and driveway than in my attic. Dustin brought pizza and other snack for his crew. They used my leaf blower instead of having their own. They left garbage and dead rats on my driveway. I had introduced Dustin to my neighbors in hopes they could get service before it was as bad as my home. ( He bullied them into signing up, and then they cancelled once he was gone. I eventually contacted the owner, and he stopped by to chat, offering me a nice rebate due to the problems. It was a nightmare and I would never deal with such a place again.

Evan presented himself as a professional! He was knowledgeable about his service. Pictures were taken and viewed. I purchased their service. The crew was prompt and super courteous!! Justin really impressed me, going above my expectations!! Cody was supervising yet working right along side the crew. Dustin is the brains of this service, knowing everything about rodent prevention and their products. THANK YOU Evan for selling me the service. They came in removed all the old insulation. It was done neatly and new insulation installed. They removed all the old ducts and replaced with new ones. It was done very well and neat. They cleaned up was left on the floor. My home feels so much fresher and it is.nice and cool. It did make a difference. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an issue on a Sunday morning and Dustin resolved it by noon. Fast response and professional service. Will use again and recommend his company to others.

Dustin and his crew did a great job and did several things at No Charge! The new blow-in insulation included a pest deterrent plus they sealed around all of the through the walls piping and put a mesh in all the weep holes. They arrived on time and they were all very courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves both inside and out. They were amazing, awesome, professional, and courteous. Best of all Very affordable!

They installed a moisture barrier under my house to prevent my subfloors from rotting again. They were very efficient and knowledgeable in doing this. Dustin is always available to answer my questions. I would recommend them over and over again.
