They fixed what needed to be fixed and did so in a timely manner. I should also note that a week or so after they repaired the issue in my home, I received a follow up call to check on the status of the repair and to make sure that the plumbers that had been dispatched to my home had acted in a professional way. I've never had a plumber (or any repair service) do a follow up like this. I was very impressed.
