Platinum Plumbing

I was in trauma mode when I saw water pouring under the bathroom wall and into the living room. Called two plumbing companies and neither could come out on an emergency. Found Platinum Plumbing on Angie. They came the next day. They fixed the pipe by making an access panel in the utility room, and enclosed it with a panel. I mentioned that I kept hearing a clanking sound in the attic just above this area. Eric went into the attic and after some time came down and showed me pictures of the hot water heater pipe that came unloose! He put it back in place and braced the pipe. It could have been dangerous since the hot water heater is gas. I did sign up for their premium service so this extra job cost me nothing. The guys believe in follow up too! I couldn't be happier with this company. They're professional and patient.
