The work was to repair and replace plumbing fixtures. The plumber was prompt, inspect the area and give an honest evaluation of the problem. The work was completed and l am pleased.

The plumber contacted me promptly, showed up when he was scheduled to, and solved my drainage problem quickly with power snake. He was polite and easy to work with, cleaned up the worksite well, and reassembled all the piping under the sink using pipe dope. The price was a little high, that's my only complaint.

Plumber was exactly on time and was creative in solving my problem.

They did exactly what I hired them to do: replace a kitchen faucet. The owner Miguel is excellent, quick to pick up the phone, and is very responsive. They scheduled the service quickly and came out on time. The plumber sent by MBC was competent but people skills were an issue. Maybe I caught him on a bad day, but he was became obviously annoyed when I asked him to walk me through contradictory information he gave me about a small complication. My tenant, who was there in person, also felt a little uncomfortable. The guy was definitely rough around the edges, but ultimately got the job done.

Company is great. Immediately called, and set up appointment for first thing next morning. Worker was friendly, efficient and on time.

We had an emergency situation -- 8 inches of standing water in our basement after both sumps failed during a week of heavy storms. All of the other big plumbing companies were too busy, but MBC got out there in less than an hour. They fixed the problem, quickly and a job well done -- highly recommend!

MBC did a good job. My biggest complaint is time management. I spent a total of 4-5 hours waiting on the company throughout the project. Again good work and good customer service.
