"The plumbers were professional, competent, friendly, and accommodating. They didn't try to gouge me or goad me into getting services I didn't need. They fixed what needed to be fixed and did so in a timely manner. I should also note that a week or so after they repaired the issue in my home, I received a follow up call to check on the status of the repair and to make sure that the plumbers that had been dispatched to my home had acted in a professional way. I've never had a plumber (or any repair service) do a follow up like this. I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend Platinum Plumbing in the future and will use them should the need arise."

"The owner and his team successfully installed a metal roof and a complete bathroom, which included a walk-in shower with a sliding door, new floor tiles, a toilet, a vanity, an exhaust fan, and fresh paint, all completed within seven days. The owner was actively involved, providing regular updates and explanations throughout the process. We are highly satisfied with both the new roof and the bathroom renovation."
