I cannot say enough great thing about Bossier Elite Plumbing! Derrick was very professional and thorough during the whole process of replacing my water heater. He and his worker were very neat, courteous, and explained everything to me. They even put on shoe coverings before entering my house and even closed the door behind them each time they entered and exited. As a single woman, I have had horrible experiences with professionals in the past, but Bossier Elite Plumbing has restored my hope that descent, hardworking professionals still exist! Great service and friendly personnel! Derek came promptly (when he said he would) and got the water heater started temporarily when our home warranty people fizzled. Then, out of the goodness of his heart.returned on a Saturday morning to replace it. We are so grateful to have discovered a great company and friend!

Elite Plumbing did an outstanding job repairing a bad faucet leak in my bathroom that my husband couldn’t fix. They also fixed two toilets that weren’t flushing right. Additionally, they reseated my toilet that was removed by a painter and put back in crooked three years ago! The painter tried to convince me that my toilet was crooked and rocked when one sat on it before he removed it to paint. Elite Plumbing leveled my toilet and it no longer rocks or has my knees almost touching the wall when I use it! They came back the next day to caulk around it. I am so happy to have a functioning bathtub faucet and toilet! Their charge was reasonable for all that they did and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them.
