"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"Tom jacks around getting to you, made an appointment I tried to contact him to confirm and he never answered later that day he did get back to me, this time he did show up when it was close to nighttime which I don’t understand because you need to see what you’re doing. He promises a lifetime warranty but doesn’t fulfill it, I’ve got several bubbles and it is lifted in a spot already, he assured me that if anything was wrong in a two weeks from doing it he would come fix it with no problem which is not true either. I asked for the darkest legal tint I could have and he gave me 13% which I like The look of but I had to rip it off my front windows at my car inspection because it didn’t meet legal requirements and he told me I had to pay another 60 to replace it when it was his fault in the first place, then he said he would replace it with legal tint for free knowing it wouldn’t match my car. We talked about him coming to redo the windows and fix the problems at the beginning of the week, and he told me he would come out on a Friday so I text him and asked to confirm when he’d be there and he asked me who I was and never bothered to respond to me. So now I have to pay to fix his mistakes as well as replacing the tint I had to remove because of him at a shop that is legitimate and really does stand on their lifetime warranty promise. Please beware!!!"
