It went well and looks great.

Rick called and set up an appointment to install everything. on 11-20-16. He installed everything himself and had an issue with one shutter from manufacturer and he was able to correct the issue himself. He cleaned up as if he had never been here. I would highly recommend this company and felt they were fair on their prices compared to what I had priced. Thanks so much Rick and Beverly. You do an awesome job.

Tammy was sweet & helpful. Love all but what was placed on French doors (cost=$ 500 & they don’t look any better them the ones 1 produced & bed, bath & beyond for 30 each! ). Re-called & ask about satisfaction I told her about the French door but nothing ever done.

I was very very pleased that they did a great job. It did take a little while to get the shutters in, but they kept me informed the whole time.

It went really well! Two women came out on time and installed everything nicely. They were very neat and clean.

Veronica came out and explained to me which blinds would work in our very large arched window in our bedroom.  I had been told by another company that what I wanted was impossible, and Valerie told me it was possible and she did it!  I had cellular, light blocking shades installed on the arched window and the regular large window below.  They look incredible!  When the arched blind did not retract fully to the bottom of the window, she came up with a solution on inserting rods into the shades and it now works like a charm.  It keeps the room dark, and in the summer it also kept it cool, which had always been a problem.  When the string on the lower shade broke last month, I just contacted her and a new one was made, shipped and installed by Tommy in no time.  Would definitely call on them again!

Veronica Myelle did an outstanding job of assessing my needs (light control and design), then gave me several options that fit my budget. Tommy (installer) did an excellent job insuring my blinds looked perfect.

Veronica showed up, on time, carrying a large binder filled with types of shades, colors, etc.  She measured three windows, helped us pick shades.  On delivery day the installer arrived on time.  The shades fit perfectly.  We are very pleased.

Veronica's consultation was excellent and the blinds arrived on time and as ordered. Her installation crew did a great job putting them in. We are very satisfied wit heir products!

Veronica was courteous and professional.  She was always patient with me and helpful with my decision making.  I will definitely purchase from her again.

I thought installation was delayed because of problem with installer's car- should have had a backup plan. Otherwise I love the shutters.

Good. Some parts had to be ordered and installed later. Instead of everything being installed at once, the installer had to come several times to completely install. Quality of work was excellent though.

She gave me an estimate of $60 to replace the cords. I called later and she said she hadn’t started and would get to it soon. I contacted her several times and she hasn’t responded.

Great! It was so much easier sitting in my own home and choosing window treatments that matched perfectly.  Installer was very quick once the product was delivered.  Looks beautiful.  Had an issue with 2 of the pull cords and Veronica ordered new ones right away and came out personally to switch them out.

The estimate they gave us was $5300, but we are not considering working with them because somebody else gave us a lower estimate for the same product.  They were fine and it was just that we got a lower price from someone else.  We would probably consider getting another quote from them in the future.

I really liked the guy and wanted to use them. They were cheaper and would  have gotten them in fast. I wanted a warranty though. I really like the man and his franchise though. The man was on time, he had all the supplies available so I could look at everything and compare them. He gave me a real good explanation of the blinds. He was giving me a discount where I had moved. He gave me a real good price on them. He was just very personable. He measured the windows and sent the estimate over email so I could see them for each window. I really wanted to go with him because he did such a good job. The experience was great. He came out right away.

Veronica was informative and knowledgeable about her products. Her service was very good and delivered a comparable price with the pre box store. The shutters were installed professionally and in the time estimated.

Veronica the owner is very knowledgeable about her products. She is friendly and was always on time. I have recommended her several people. But her answering service is terrible. She never seemed to get her messages.
