It went well. They started a little late and it took a little longer than told it would. But- I am glad they took their time and did the job right. I am very pleased with the results and will recommend this company to my family and friends. I wish I had checked here and groupon first, there were discounts I didn't take advantage of.

The owner is very responsible,respectable very organized my car was done and ready to go at a respectable time. I brought my car in at 9am and it was done at 4pm

When I called to inquire on scheduling an appointment for a full detail I was told I had to come in to get an estimate before scheduling.  When I arrived for the estimate I waited in the lobby area for a good 10 minutes without being acknowledged.  I decided to call the shop to see if someone would answer the phone.  The phone was answered and I was greeted.  I was given an estimate of $285, I filled out the paperwork and scheduled the appointment.

On the day of detailing I asked when dropping my car off what time it would be ready as I was relying on friends/co-workers to transport me to and from downtown for work.  I was told to call back in a couple of hours to get a more accurate time.  I called back after lunch hour and was told all they could tell me was by 7.  I ended up having to Uber to pick up my car and it was waiting for me.

The exterior detail is as expected.  Over the preceding weeks since the service I have noticed a couple of misses on the inside.  There is still salt residue on the carpeted areas of the car from snow/slush stains.  In addition, there are some stains in the fabric of the ceiling that I expected steam cleaning to have removed.  I am not sure if either of these areas were reviewed.

I would definitely use Xclusive again, however I think I would review with them exactly what I was expecting while dropping off/picking up my vehicle.

This car is a 2013 Kia Optima purchased used. The previous owner had a pet. I am an animal lover, but I wanted the car to look and smell like new. They told me that they could do that. They did not pressure me, I felt very comfortable that they could do what they said. The car was delivered on time, and the job was excellent. My wife said that she couldn't believe that they could make her car look and smell Showroom new!
I could not be happier with this company. The price is very reasonable for the results. I knew that this Business was in the top 5 auto retailers in the city, but I don't see how anyone could be better. Try them, you will agree with me.

They got me right in. I called in the evening and had an appointment the next morning. My car air conditioner had broken and sloshed water (a ton of it) into my floor boards. They got it all out and my car looked and smelled great! I think it's cleaner now than the day I bought it!!!

They gave away to someone else my emergency kit with expensive cables.  I had to purchase new cables that cost more that the kit itself!   It was an interior detailing only and they didn't even do the windshield inside.  There is also some kind of white stuff on my door I can't even get off and I paid $185.00 for!  I will continue to go to Louisville Detailing on Fern Valley.  The owner comes out to talk to you, not the office manager.  I will not recommend Xclusive Detailing.

They had a coupon deal and they offered it for $59. They did everything great. The car was perfect. I would tell others to use them. They've exceeded our expectations.

I dropped off my car in the AM and the manager gave me a ride home and when the job was finished he delivered the vehicle to me.  I next drove the manager back to the establishment.  I much prefer doing this than dropping off my car and not being able to talk to the establishment employees. They did a first rate job of washing the interior and exterior and they waxed the car exterior.  When I saw the finished product my car was squeaky clean inside and out.  The paint job was gorgeous and the interior was spotless.  The wheels and all the glass (inside and out) were very clean.  My experience was very positive.  The results were excellent and the price was quite reasonable.
Mr. Warfield, the manager, is very polite and I found him easy to work with.  He is customer oriented and works hard to provide a quality product.  I would recommend this establishment for quality detailing work.

Best detail I've ever had.  My car was better than new when they were finished.  Showroom clean without any strong fragrance.  It was perfect.

I didn't read any reviews ahead of time, I just chose the detailing place closest to my work for the sake of convenience.  These people are just lovely.  They were very upfront about the pricing, down to the final cost depending on how soiled the interior of my vehicle was.  On the appointed day, I was met at the door by a friendly guy with a great attitude who explained to me exactly how long the service would take.  My vehicle was done when he said it would be, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result.  My car looks as close to the way it did when I drove it off the lot as it possibly can.  Next week I'm taking my husband's vehicle, and as soon as I finish this review, I'm going to crow about Xclusive Auto Detailing on FB too!  I highly recommend them for any and all detailing needs!

I could not be happier with the job they did! I brought my car in because of a smoke smell left from the previous owner. I had tried several things and could not get rid of it. The did a great job! The smell is gone. The car looks gorgeous. They cleaned it inside and out. Super nice staff! I plan on bringing my husbands van in soon. Thanks!!!

We had taken possession of a 2006 Mercury Mariner on 12/23/13. This was a surprise for my  son for Christmas. I took it to Xclusive to see when they would be able to detail the vehicle. The owner Michael Warfield greeted us as we walked in his business. He was very warm and genuine. I explained what was going on and when was the soonest it could be detailed. Mr. Warfield asked if I could bring it in the next day (CHRISTMAS EVE) at 10am and he would have it done that afternoon.  I was very surprised and pleased. He called me at 3pm and told us it was ready! He told me he would wait on me to come pick it up. When we got there to pick it up and was looking over the vehicle, he saw some things that needed to be touched up and pulled it back in the garage and fixed the concerns he had seen. He told us if we had any concerns to bring it back and he would correct any problems. Now this detail I requested was the outside,  the interior, and headlight lens restoration. The services they performed were, hand washing the exterior, bug, tar and over spray removal, cleaned the wheel, wheel wells and tires, cleaned the door and trunk jams, clay bar the exterior, machine polished exterior & buffed, applied wax to exterior, vacuumed interior, trunk and storage areas, hot water shampooed carpets and upholstery ,cleaned headliner and removed stains, cleaned and conditioned the vinyl and leather seats,cleaned the windows inside and out, dressed the tires and wheel wells, restored the front headlight lens.  It was refreshing to have someone like Mr. Warfield who takes such pride in his buiness. We were very pleased at how everything turned out, and would highly recommend Xclusive Auto Detailing to thers. Thanks Mr. Warfield.
