I had my basement finished and CertaPro are the painters I used. They did a fantastic job. The team was professional and knocked the job out quickly. To be fair there was no furniture which it easier, but they did primer and 2 coats of paint on everything. Ceiling, walls and trim are different colors. The office had great communication and everyone delivered as they promised.

Everything went as I planned and as they promised. No drama No surprises.

Gave prompt estimate and was able to get started in one week. Had to match color and it looks perfect. Prices were extremely reasonable compared to other estimates we received.   Communicated often and would return emails quickly.  Would definitely use  again.

Their quotes were among the highest we obtained for painting the bond. I went with them because I picked up their card at a home show. They had some bad reviews on Angie's list.

They were excellent. They were very prompt in terms being on time. When they said that they were going to be here at 8:00, they were punctual and their painters were excellent. They worked very quickly and very professionally. Their work was excellent. Their pricing came to be a little higher than some other estimates that we got but in relationship to the work that was done, it was okay. They did very quality work and so it was worth it.

Prep work was outstanding, which is one of the most important details of a quality paint and stain job. Paint application was excellent. Follow up for minor finish issues was prompt and performed without question. Excellent service

CertaPro was eager and willing to do the work immediately, however, they had to wait until the roofers, etc. was finished.
The roof & gutter installers damaged a lot of woodwork that had to be repaired before painting could begin.
CertaPro patiently waited and completed the job as time permitted; they not only performed what they were contracted to do, but they were not shy about doing more work!

In and out in one day. What more could you ask for?

Excellent, They came out, we discussed the work, they gave an estimate, performed the work, then meet with me afterward to make sure everything was ok.

Three men did a professional job, and cleaning up after themselves.  Don't have other notes, but know it all went well and we were pleased w/results.

Lee Sapata responded to our request for a quote very quickly.  He came out to our home and brought with him references, proof of insurance and client testimonials.  He was very professional from the first conversation.  He had no problem quoting both jobs separately for us and becuase of the quick turnaround and the pricing, we decided to hire Certa Pro for both jobs. 
Lee even referred us to another contractor who was to rebuild an exterior bay window that had been damaged due to inproper installation of some flashing. 
Lee was very flexible with us and worked around our schedule.  His team was very polite and courteous and cleaned up everything day to day. 
The quality of their work was top notch.  I kid you not... they saw that we had a birds nest with little babies in it and carefully removed it, painted the gutter and then placed the nest back in position to save the little babies.  A nice touch I thought.
I would definately consider using them again!

They are very professional and the best painters I have ever encountered. They did an amazing job, but they are expensive.

They were very professional.  They were very clean and neat.  They were prompt with getting the job done. They were very easy and enjoyable to work with.   They took care of any problems immediately.

The job went well and met all of our expectations based on the verbal and contractural agreements. 

CertaPro Painters did an excellent job.  They were efficient, organized and completed the work in a timely manner.  Dean Johns (owner) introduced me to the supervisor on the job and he kept me informed on a daily basis.  The house needed some wood repair before painting and Dean Johns arranged for the completion of this work prior to painting.  The work staff was courteous, knowledgeable and very well organized.  Supplies arrived the day before painting began and were kept neat and secured in the side yard.  The day of completion all supplies were removed and there was no evidence that the painters were even there.  Thank you again CertaPro.  I'm sure I will use you again.
