The staff at ESP were very helpful on the phone and twice sent samples of various films. They described the differences in the product to help us in our decision. The cost to coat several older storm windows was much less than any other option that we looked at to try to reduce the heat load in our 2nd floor, west facing house. As we talked with them about the cost, were told that we could save a few hundred dollars if we could bring the windows to them. The quality of the work is good, and the work was completed when promised.

A is not a grade good enough for this company. Salesman reviewed our needs and evaluated our problem then offered options explaining pros and cons. He spent time with us doing 2 windows never hurried us in a selection and when we did select one the price was the most reasonable we had gotten. Talked to office a couple of times and the installers were prompt, neat, and professional. The entire company gets an A plus from us

Superior service. We bought the darker tint of the two choices available but wish it were darker. Great service. Very good attention to detail, careful with their equipment.

My experience has been very good. The estimates were given on time and without having to call multiple times. Marc answered all the questions and made recommendations as he deemed fit for the work. They said that they were 2 weeks out when Marc first stopped by but he recommended to call the office and state that we are willing to have the work done if anything opens up. I did do as recommended and they kept their promise and contacted us on first opening that came up and stopped by and did the work. The technicians were very nice and made sure that they did not soil the carpet also. I would definitely recommend them.

Everything with my experience with this company was excellent. One of my sisters had used the company to install film in her house so I decided to go with them when I noticed that my big arches and kitchen window was letting in more light than I wanted. While I like the light, I did not like the bright light from the sun and the potential it had for discoloring my flooring and furniture. Mark came out to do the measurements for the estimate. At the time, I was just going to film the 2 arches. I thought the estimate was very reasonable and Mark went into a lot of detail about my options and, using sample film, showed me what the result would look like. When I made the decision to film my windows, I called ESP and asked if they could include the 2 lower kitchen windows in the estimate. Rather than have Mark come back out and do the measurements, I was allowed to provide the measurements over the phone and get an updated estimate. Two workers came out on July 3, 2014. They worked efficiently and neatly - within 2 hours my windows had light-filtering film. I thought the price was reasonable and the work from estimating to installation was very professional. I am very pleased with the result - I have light but not the glare that I had before. I will use the company again to install fill on the rest of my windows over the next year.
