Tom jacks around getting to you, made an appointment I tried to contact him to confirm and he never answered later that day he did get back to me, this time he did show up when it was close to nighttime which I don’t understand because you need to see what you’re doing. He promises a lifetime warranty but doesn’t fulfill it, I’ve got several bubbles and it is lifted in a spot already, he assured me that if anything was wrong in a two weeks from doing it he would come fix it with no problem which is not true either. I asked for the darkest legal tint I could have and he gave me 13% which I like The look of but I had to rip it off my front windows at my car inspection because it didn’t meet legal requirements and he told me I had to pay another 60 to replace it when it was his fault in the first place, then he said he would replace it with legal tint for free knowing it wouldn’t match my car. We talked about him coming to redo the windows and fix the problems at the beginning of the week, and he told me he would come out on a Friday so I text him and asked to confirm when he’d be there and he asked me who I was and never bothered to respond to me. So now I have to pay to fix his mistakes as well as replacing the tint I had to remove because of him at a shop that is legitimate and really does stand on their lifetime warranty promise. Please beware!!!

Not well, ultimately. Upon returning home, I noticed what appeared to be a piece of lint or something trapped between the glass and the film. I shared this with Tom who immediately moved to try and dismiss this as nothing but once I sent him pictures, he agreed this was indeed something, obviously noticeable enough for he and I both to see both in person and in pictures. Upon arrival, he attempted a quick fix, unsuccessfully. His next idea was to, again, simply dismiss this as nothing saying "most people wouldn't do anything about it". The problem here is he didn't take "most people's" money, he took mine. My reply was "would you ask for this?" He said no but went on to explain how fixing it would be of great inconvenience to him. He repeats that this is dismissible but if I wanted it fixed, it would take a half-day to do so, mind you, it only too 1.5 hours to tint the entire car. As a small business owner myself, I find this wholly unacceptable and am unwilling to let him touch my car any further at this point. He has my money and I have what I consider to be an incomplete job, and now have to go elsewhere and spend who knows how much money to have his mistake corrected. The other windows appear fine at this point but I suspect that should I find any further imperfections, I can just consider those additional out-of-pocket expenses as well. I've had 2 other vehicles tinted by him and can't say that there's been anything wrong with them but what's clear to me is that if the job isn't done properly the first time, you can pretty much forget about him going out of his way to make it right, which means PISS POOR customer service in my opinion. After you have collected the customer's money, and you both agree after-the-fact that the job was done satisfactorily, you go OUT OF YOUR WAY to make it right; this doesn't appear to be within the scope of this man's business practices so he won't see another drop of business from me, much less another dime of my money. I'd would seriously reconsider doing business with him and opt for someone a bit more reputable, with a shop, a manager, etc., etc.

Perfectly!!! He not only did the window work but also helped me fill out the paper work for my energy rebate. Great guy; very professional and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends. I thought the price was very reasonable.

Experience was great. He gave me great advice on how to quickly get approval for my vehicle inspection and even went out of his way to clean the car using some of the materials he had available for different jobs. Knowledgeable and personal service provider

Tom did a great job for us. He works out of his house for auto tinting and is very flexible on timing. The windows look great and were done at a reasonable cost. What he quoted was what he charged and he made himself available should we have any issues. So far so good though! We'd definitely use Tom's services again.

Everything went great! He was able to work us in when worked according to our schedule. We dropped my vehicle and picked it up a couple hours later. Excellent work & a fair price. I would highly recommend Tom!

Having the windows tinted on my wife's car was one of her early Christmas presents. My wife and I were very pleased with Tom and the work he performed. We look forward to enjoying Tom's work for years to come.

Tom did great work. He is very experienced, careful and professional. He works out of his garage, which keeps his costs down. No only does he do great work, he is a super nice guy who wants you to be satisfied when the job is done. Highly recommend!

Called Toms and gave window and door sizes. Got a price over the phone. Tom came the next day on an appointment and measured, explained the film and installed the film on the windows and doors in 3 hours. I had already checked out the Johnson film and wanted the sceniv view film which was metallized and scratch resistant. He was neat and clean.

Tom suggested doing the canopy to deter theft of our belongings in the back and suggested we add an "eyebrow" to the front windshield. We hadn't considered doing those windows, but are so glad we did. Tom was prompt, friendly and efficient. He performed the work the day after we called. We were on vacation and driving cross country. Our drive back to our home state of Washington was much cooler with the new tinting.

I found him on Angie's List. He was wonderful and phenomenal. He did a beautiful job. It was really hot. He was here at 9:00. He left before 1:00 and was all done. He is very prompt. He was local. He is an all-around really nice guy. There are no bubbles. He explained everything about how to clean them and what I might see. He was very thorough. I thought the prices were good. I would absolutely use him again.

Tom worked out of his house but was very professional. He was easy to contact by cell phone and returned calls quickly. I originally asked to get the work done at a earlier time in the year but he, unlike anyone else I spoke with, recommended I wait for warmer weather as it gives better results for the drying process. He did this at the risk of me going elsewhere but I waited a month and stuck with him. He offered a few location options but in the end I agreed to drop it off at his house. In hindsight, I should have chosen a location that was at least partially indoors to avoid any dust or pollen from causing any issues (explained later). He met at the agreed upon time and did a walk through of exactly what I wanted which included some specific requests outside of the norm on my front windows. I returned to pick up my car that afternoon and it looked great, including the special requests I had. He had also cleaned my car for me from top to bottom. Due to traffic issues, Tom was late getting back from another appointment and I had to wait about 1.5 hours for him since he had my keys, Tom kept in contact with me via cell phone and when he did show up he was very apologetic and even knocked 20% off my price even though the reason for being late was clearly out of his control. After a month or so of drying time I was unhappy with how my rear window turned out. It appeared (from my uneducated guess) that maybe some dust or pollen had gotten between the window and film during the tinting process and it created specs all over the rear window. I called Tom and he not argue at all and just said bring it by and I'll replace it, no cost. The rear window tint was redone without issue or cost to me and looks great.

I called this morning to get an estimate, and Tom promised to come tomorrow since he would be in the area. He called back shortly later and said he could come right away. (He'd planned to take the day off.) He arrived 20 minutes later, and the job was complete within an hour. How's that for service?
Tom left the place clean and made sure he didn't damage our fresh paint by wrapping the top of the ladder in a towel.
Other than the fact that the windows are noticeably darker, you can't tell they've been tinted--no bubbles, creases, untinted margins, etc.
