Called Mr. Marshall and made an appointment. He was a little late, but he had called to tell me that he was tied up in traffic and would be a little late. He showed up, picked up the broken shade (draw string was broken). He took the shade back to his shop to repair and returned it the same day. Reinstalled the shade and made adjustment to another shade. He performed just as advertised. He was courteous, not too chatty (which I respect), and charged me the exact amount we had agreed. I would recommend Mr. Marshall.

Mr. Marshall was a delight to work with from the initial contact. He responded quickly to a phone message, even before I anticipated, and was available for a consultation on short notice. That was important because the windows in my house had just been replaced and we wanted new "honeycomb" fabric blinds installed as quickly as possible. He was also available for an early evening appointment, which my husband and I greatly appreciated. Although we wanted the blinds quickly, we also wanted good quality blinds, and he had excellent options from which to choose, along with a good range of color selections. We also had the good fortune of being able to take advantage of a special offer that saved us nearly a $1,000.00 on the blinds we preferred.
As promised, the blinds arrived in two weeks, even a couple of days earlier, and Mr. Marshall arranged an appointment to install them at our earliest convenience. Again, as promised, he had the blinds (21) installed in about two hours. We will definitely choose to go to him if we decide to install window treatments, and I gladly recommend his services.

Professionally. Quickly. Very well priced! No escalation of prices after job had begun. Look like something from a fashion magazine! No messes left behind & Coit commented on how well they were constructed & the longevity of the products. The $150 was for repairs on the cellular shades. The original job of valances, curtains and cellular shades totaled $3600 in 1999.

Recently replaced 14 casement windows of my home. Designers Touch came out and after measuring the new windows gave me a price for the new blinds which I accepted. After arrival of the new blinds (short wait) Mr. Marshall removed the old blinds, installed new wood blinds, and cleaned up afterwards. I found him to be professional, prompt, honest, and very knowledgeable of the product.

After I ordered the product, he called as soon as it arrived, a head of schedule. He than arrived at the scheduled time to installed the window coverings. He was very efficient and pleasant while performing the task. I was concerned about some loose threads and he took care of them and assured me that if in the future a problem arose, the company would replace the panels.

"I am pleased you liked the roman shade. We take pride in the workmanship of our window treatments. Roman shade prices tend to be higher because of the higher labor price. The original price I give you on the draperies was for a group of fabrics I thought you would like. Since they didn't appeal to you, I brought in more fabrics and they were much higher cost per yard, so that is why the drapes cost more. I wish I could have been more helpful."

Vender promptly called and made appointment to come to home to take measurements for shades. Showed up exactly on time and on day promised. Took measurements and told me they would be ordered and should arrive in about 2 weeks. Called just one week after measurements were taken and said shades were ready to hang. Came out next day to hang them. They fit perfectly and look very nice. He cleaned up any mess from installation and disposed of my old shades.
Was able to pay for balance with my master card which is a feature I always look for.

The service worked just fine. He was just a very nice person and he came out and showed me the sizes and all. He was very prompt coming back and installing them. It took awhile to get them installed because I could not come up with the time and not because he was not willing. The price was expensive for what I got, but I had not priced some other places. I just had kind of an approximate thing on my mind. So far, the quality of the service looks pretty good.

It went great. Charlie worked with us to find something that was ideal for the windows. He had the order ready early and did a fine job of installing them. They were not cheap, but you get what you pay for and we were very satisfied.

I got the Angies List deal and the shades look great! When I had a small issue with one of the shades (wanted left hand pulley rather than right hand pulley), Charlie came out immediately to adjust. He was very responsive, courteous and professional. The shades were of high quality, and I will definitely use Charlie's services again.

Mr. Marshall measured all the windows in our business and helped us choose blinds for the windows and doors. The service was exceptional and the quality of the products he installed were great. He installs each blind and makes sure that each window or door is perfectly fit. Mr. Marshall is very prompt and very reliable. He works with your needs and gives you the information you will need to make decisions about window treatments. I would recommend anyone to him and will use him in the future.
