"The company's owner came out and we discussed what I wanted done, and what could be done for the stated price of the "angie's deal", which was $499.00 worth of tree trimming for $199.00. He was knowledgeable about trees, and gave me options that were available to slow the tree's growth. He stated he wouldn't actually do the work, but the guy who would was hired by him and the company was responsible for everything. Another important thing he said I needed was a signed statement from my neighbor, the tree owner, giving permission for the workers to go into his yard as needed to complete the work. 
The guys who did the work were on time, courteous, and also discussed with me what I wanted done. As the work progressed, they would check with me about the work done and ask which additional limbs I would like removed. They asked if I wanted the trees along the entire fence line trimmed, (the trees were smaller, but there were several!), and that was at no additional cost! They communicated with the tree owners during the job, and asked them if they wanted the limbs for their fire pit. Then they cut those limbs into useable lengths and stacked them neatly where the neighbor wanted them. Before removing the equipment they made sure I was satisfied. They cleaned up both yards and were gone in just a few hours from the start.
