"Steve made a visit to help me decide between a newer programmable Energy Star water heater with larger capacity than I had currently (40 gal unit that was 17 years old) and going with a tankless water heater. I like the tankless concept because I have a wide variation in when I am in need of hot water and have higher capacity needs. We planned the tankless water heater and Steve installed. We really like it and it has freed up some storage area for us in the basement due to the smaller footprint and mounted to the wall."

He explained pricing from the simplest problem, to replacing the whole thing. He came out, found it to be a very simple issue, fixed it, re lit the water heater. All of this ....in less than 2 hours. Next morning on time he started in on it. My 63 yr old kitchen pipe had enough so he replaced it with pvc. After another surprise inside another wall he got me back in service.
