They came out to replace the water heater about in Spring 2023. They replaced it and I had it inspected. It failed inspection. The plumber came back out after I told them and corrected it. I asked the plumber how to get it re-inspected. Are they contacting the inspector or am I supposed to? She said she would take photos and send it to the inspector. I eventually called their line asking the same question as I did ever not get anything regarding a second inspection or a sticker to validate it was inspected. I never heard back. I feel like it should not be my job to be on them to do their job. It's what they have a boss for. Regardless, it was not handled. I recommend you find someone more reputable than them that will finish the job. No inspection sticker for me despite paying for it.

I got a quote to repair the electric pump at one price then the backup pump stopped working after they fixed the electric one. They wanted to charge me 40% more to fix the backup pump. Make sure you get a quote that includes the backup pump if it is in need of replacement. That seemed like they were taking advantage of the situation.

The price to buy & install the sump pump was $300 less than an estimate I got from another local plumbing company. The ASI plumber was very professional & proficient. He wore a mask properly, wore booties, put down a mat to keep things clean. He cleaned up completely when finished.

They were able to give me a quote/estimate over the phone. Another company would not - they wanted a $90+ to come out to look and then give me an estimate even though the work was pretty straight forward (fix a spigot and do a gas line check). The work done matched the estimate (again, my work was pretty straight forward, so this might not be the case in all scenarios). Overall, they were prompt, tidy and put up with my family's bad jokes while doing the work. Would hire again!

Quoted us for one brand/model - then substituted a different brand/model, but did not inform us about it before installation. We discovered it during installation. That s not a great way to do business.
