When it’s underground, under the driveway, you’re dealing with concrete. I don’t give my contractor’s a break. I make them work hard. They’ve been very responsive on any service call. I’ve probably worked with them probably 10 or 15 years. I will definitely use them again. Once I find a good contractor I stay with them. They’re punctuality, they’re professionalism, they’re another contractor that when they leave you don’t even know they’ve been here except what they’ve fixed is fixed and the house is clean and there’s no mess or anything like that. They’re determined group of plumbers. They really dig to find the problem. I don’t mean dig physically, but I mean keep after it until they get it corrected.

Allen already had some ideas what it could be when I called, showed up promptly at scheduled time, heard the noise, and fixed it easily in my eyes. Way less then I thought it might end up costing. Even added he would keep ticket open for a week in case any more issues would pop up with it and he would come back. However, it was fixed the first time so I did not need him back. Very pleasant individual and easy to work with even though I am not very knowledgeable in this area.

Everything went smooth. I first called tom drexler plumbing who quoted me 850 dollars with my 10 percent discount. Norton and associates didn't give me a quote but told me it would be 90 dollars an hour plus parts. The total due when he was done was 221 dollars. ?

Very clean taking great care not to bring any dirt into the house.

Dale and his assistant we're prompt and very easy to work with.  Problem was cleared in about an hour and a half.  I would recommend Norton to anyone needing plumbing work.

Kudos to 2 local companies. We had a leak in the inbound water supply line to our house. I used American Leak Detection, 502-538-9373, to locate the leak ($350) and considering it was 3' underground I was impressed and felt that was reasonable. They pump in a helium like gas and use a sniffer to find the leak and they were right on the money locating it. With my son's help I dug the hole down to the joint that was leaking which saved me considerable cost vs the plumber digging it. I then called Norton & Associates Plumbing, 812-948-8828, to come out to fix it. I felt their charges of $155 were very reasonable. I chose Norton as they were one of the top rated plumbers in the area on Angie's list. They deserve their A rating.

They are fantastic! All those we dealt with were very professional and helpful. There were a few that stood out. Larry, Charlie and really all the rest were great. They were always on time, called to let us know when they would be here. Did the work in a timely manner. Always cleaned up and left the areas in better shape than when they arrived. I will definitely use them again.

I noticed a stain on my basement ceiling last night and called Norton Associates Plumbing this morning. They called me back and said that they would be at my house at 1:00 p.m. They arrived at my house at exactly 1:00 p.m. The two guys couldn't have been any friendlier and answered all of my questions.
This morning, I wasn't sure who I was going to call for help. From now on, it will be Nortons.

They were excellent. I would absolutely use them again.

They are always available within 24 hours, show up when they say, and fix the problem. They saved me hundreds of dollars on my septic, compared to a less knowledgable and less scrupulous competitor.

I submitted a general form online and received a callback fairly quickly. After receiving a quote on their rates ($95/hour + $35 service charge), I scheduled the appointment for a few days later and was told they would be here between 8am-noon. They called me around 11am to get directions and were promptly here. The plumber, Derek, was very personable and friendly. He repaired our kitchen pipes quickly and they are much sturdier now, he also tightened the faucet lever which was loose. In the bathroom he was able to quickly identify the problem causing my toilet to always need plunging. Derek increased the water setting so more water would fill the bowl and tank and made a few minor adjustments in the tank which has completely fixed the problem. After the tornado we noticed that the knob to our outside water spout was missing. Derek informed us that he would have to replace the entire spout which would involve cutting through the drywall. He stated they would not be allowed to make drywall repairs once the spout was replaced. I decided to wait as I didn't want to have any exposed areas after the repairs. Overall I am very happy with the work completed, all very easy jobs, within the hour. I have only tried them once, and for simple plumbing issues, therefore I cannot tell with 100% certainty that their services are the best but based on my recent experience, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for general plumbing issues. Norton Associates Plumbing installed piping to convert a wood-burning fireplace to a propane gas fireplace. There was one guy there that I really liked. They are really good at what they do. They are competent, experienced plumbers. It's a team.
