We sought Missi Construction for the remodel of our bathroom and we are beyond pleased with the work of Missi Construction and the entire team! Our bathroom was extremely outdated, and Missi Construction elevated the look, feel and use of our bathroom in a way that was beyond what we could have envisioned. From the very beginning, we were informed of each step along the way of the bathroom remodel, the time it would take and communicated the process throughout. Missi took into consideration the elder members of my family who will need help in and out of the bathtub and installed grab bars, which will be so helpful! Our bathroom window had an issue with water, and Missi Construction went above and beyond to repair it. We highly recommend Missi Construction for any home remodel. They are trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable and above all, so friendly. 5 + stars!

They did a superior job, were professional and never a mess and the place was always clean. I would definitely recommend them and I would hire them again.

Missi Construction did a fantastic job on our basement remodel this past summer. Our basement had been gutted from a flood and for over a decade we dealt with only being able to use half of the space. I needed a bedroom created, new flooring, walls, light, etc. Missi Construction went above & beyond in completing the job. Our basement is now livable and a space that we are proud of.

Very well we had questions concerning the fold down shower seat & Missi construction addressed them right away (made strong to satisfied us). Missi construction keep us informed all during the remodel. The Rick & his helper were very neat, putting down area cloths to protect the flooring in the house from all the foot traffic, they cleaned up every day. they sweep & vacuum the area any time they came. The owner & helper wore booties & mask any time they were there . They also use a electric & plumbing company for that work

Rick and his team do a great job. Rick is hands on and at the job site overseeing his team, actively managing his subcontractors while they are on site and doing actual work himself. Very professional! Did a bathroom remodel for us everything looks great and he has followed and corrected a few small issues we had. Will have him back to do additional work on another room in the fall.

Based on a recommendation I received, I contracted with Missi Construction/Rick Missi to complete a kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation, and new bathroom addition. Missi Construction did a wonderful job on the project and I am very pleased! Rick does excellent work and was always very patient with me as I agonized over the many decisions involved in a home improvement project. He is thorough, responsive, and completed the project in a timely manner. I would definitely use Missi Construction again.

I can't say enough about Missi Construction. My wife and I decided to add a half bath in the basement in the middle of a pandemic. In order to minimize the risk of exposure, Rick only allowed necessary personnel (electrician, plumber, and inspectors) in addition to himself and David on the site, and still managed to get the job done in a timely fashion. I have dealt with quite a few contractors, but none more courteous, honest, and professional than Rick. He stayed in constant communication with me, and was always here when he said he was going to be. As with almost all basement remodeling projects things don't always go as planned, and this one was no exception. We had to make a few changes to our original plans along the way, and Rick continually kept me informed as to why he had to change something. I would not hesitate to hire Rick again. Bill P.

Hi, we hired Rick to demo our screened in porch and add an all window, stone, tile, and electric fireplace. The project finished on budget, looks great, and is of the highest quality. It's ~ 200ft and now where our family spends most of our time. I'd highly recommend Rick for your remodeling needs!

Things went downhilll after he successfully solicited early payment of most of the fee - progress came to a trickle. Excuses for late services included independent incidents of three separate relatives.  Quality was poor.  Asked for additional funds to complete the job.  He wore a Lowes uniform.  So I expected Lowes quality - HUGE MISTAKE
