They first tried to replace the thermo coupler in my current water heater. They ordered a part over night. That didn't do the trick. So they expedited getting a new water and installing it the next day. I was very pleased with the quality of service. I will use them as my plumber from now on.

Professional work and attitude.  Arrived on time and completed work in a timely manner.  Family owned and operated.  Mom took my call, quoted price and scheduled work, which was performed by their son, appropriately dressed.  Professional appearing truck and signage.  I'm sure there are cheaper water heaters and cheaper options for installation (including DIY), but we wanted it done right, and I think Vessel's was a good choice for the job..

Workmen were prompt, courteous, did a good job. I just felt the total price was way too expensive for the amount of work done/time spent.

They were great.

He was very good and they were here for about 20 minutes. He drained it out and guaranteed it for 6 months. He said it could have been small tree roots or lent. I got a discount through Angie's List. What stood out was how quickly he did it.

Used coupon here on Angie's list for provider services to purchase and schedule the service.  After not hearing anything for a few days, called them directly.  Apparently, there was a breakdown in communication, they said they didn't get the email from Angie's List about my purchase.
Anyway, once service was scheduled, everything was great.  I scheduled service for 1:30-ish.  Plumber called me at about 10am to see if I was available for them to come on over.  Worked out great.  They did a great job and were very helpful.

The technicians showed up on time; however, they were gone within 15 minutes and the problem was not solved.
I showed them where the toilet was leaking (only at the base where the toilet joins the floor) and described how it only happens when I've had other water services running (i.e. commonly after a shower).
They replaced the wax seal, charged me $140 dollars for less than 10 minutes of service, and left.
The next night, after a shower, the toilet was leaking again. I called the next day to have someone come look at it again. The lady I spoke to said there were no technicians available until the next Tuesday (this was the Thursday before Labor Day weekend).
In the time between that call and the next Tuesday, my dad came over with a rented power snake. We were able to unclog the line ourselves. It was clogged between the house and the main sewer line connection. This is why it typically only leaked out after/during showers. All the line from the toilet out to the clog outside the house was clear. Only when all that line was full of water, and the water couldn't drain fast enough to keep up with the shower, did the leak present itself.
I called on Monday to cancel my appointment for Tuesday and made a mental note not to call them ever again.

They were very professional, punctual and provided quality service to boot.  The plumber was very attentive and took the extra time to make sure everything was installed perfectly.  I would definitely use this company again.  Very satisfied!!!

Estimate was competitive. My original request was for a more elaborate fix that was not necessary for my circumstances and they estimated the appropriate job for my situation saving me some money.
Work was scheduled and because of weather rescheduled 3 times, they kept in touch with me and made this a non issue. Work was completed on time once the weather cleared with no mess.
Other contractors estimated more work than necessary and the idea of the outside clean out was greatly appreciated as it will facilitate any future clean out needs.

I had a bad smell coming from a basement floor-sump-pump drain and
appeared to have a blockage from degraded rock.  They showed me that
there was a trap and water would always be present, but free water runs
through.  The knowledge helps me know how to handle the smell (run water
or bleach through it), and I am going to drylock the floor drain to
prevent more rock decay.  They let the weekend fee slide.  Very
professional and cool.

They are very fair with their prices. They do excellent work. When they fix something it is fixed and there is no need for additional visits. We have used them several times for service with rental properties.

Mac from Vessels arrived on schedule, listened to my list of items and allowed me to sneak in a little extra (washer hookup). We had a concern with the sump pump but Mac inspected it and made a minor adjustment and it was fine - no need for a new sump pump. He was very professional and stayed on task the entire time he was there.We were very satisfied with the workmanship.

They figured it out when others couldn't or wouldn't. All went well and according to plan.

I was told by another company that I needed a new sewer line.  Jeff at Vessels said I didn’t; I just needed a good cleaning out because of the tree in the front yard.  Jeff sent his men out to do the job. They are a very good company.  They did work for me before.  Once was for a different clogged toilet.  If they’re busy it’s hard to get in touch with them but they were punctual about coming out when I got them.  They get a AAA.

Instead of taking just a day and half, as per their quote, it took three days for them to complete the work.  2 days without hot water.  I had them change out 2 old water heaters to one.  Instead of sitting the new water heater on some concrete blocks, like normal, they dug a hole in my dirt floor (cellar) and recessed into the dirt.  When we got some real heavy rains, the water heater got flooded out.  I had to dig a trench around it in the hopes of capturing more water before it completely destroyed my water heater. 

However, the worst thing occurred when they finished the work.  When I signed off on the work and paid the workers, I was asked by I think was the owners son “So, do you have any more complaints?”  I was so mad that I almost threw him out of my house.  I immediately called their office.  I was told by a manager that he should have never said that to you or anyone else, she apologized, and then said they would deal with the person when he got back in.  I ask a lot of questions when people are working on my house.  If you don’t like be asked questions, get a different job. 

They were very clean.  Put everything back the way they found it.  Explained how all the items worked and how to maintenance them.
