"Everdry came to my home for a consultation, where we discovered a mold issue. We were informed that they would eradicate it, fix the leakage issue, and waterproof the basement. Upon learning this, we accepted their bid on July 28th. We were originally looking at starting the process in October, but they persuaded us to start on September 17th and offered us a lower price to start the process earlier. I felt like they were being pushy, and I was not prepared for them to start that soon. On the day they showed up, I was going to take some time to clear the area myself, but they were being aggressive and told me that they didn't have time for that. I received a call from Cierra asking if her team had started the project or if I had met Malachi (the supervisor). I had not, but they did start the project. Malachi was supposed to walk me through the process, but he never introduced himself to me. On day two, my home health aid witnessed the workers smoking weed on my property. They also destroyed my lawn and did not dispose of their waste. They didn't let me know that they were leaving for the day or anything. On day three, they claimed that they were wrapping up the project. I finally met Malachi, but he still did not formally walk me through the process. He didn't explain anything to me, but he demanded that I sign their paperwork. I refused because I was not satisfied with the job that was done. I asked to speak to his superiors, and he verbally accosted me. When I checked the work myself, I noticed that the leakage issue was not resolved. I spoke to Ted from Everdry, and he admitted that the work they did was subpar. The following day, I spoke with Ted's superiors, and he also sided with me, but they did not offer a reasonable solution. I felt like I was being discriminated against because of my neighborhood. I also feel like they violated me and my property."

"The vendor was very nice. Prepared. We investigated the issue together and identified next steps. No issue was found and he let me know ahead of time that if he cut the drywall, he would not be replacing it. But, he did clean up after himself, which I appreciate."

"They came out to replace the water heater about in Spring 2023. They replaced it and I had it inspected. It failed inspection. The plumber came back out after I told them and corrected it. I asked the plumber how to get it re-inspected. Are they contacting the inspector or am I supposed to? She said she would take photos and send it to the inspector. I eventually called their line asking the same question as I did ever not get anything regarding a second inspection or a sticker to validate it was inspected. I never heard back. I feel like it should not be my job to be on them to do their job. It's what they have a boss for. Regardless, it was not handled. I recommend you find someone more reputable than them that will finish the job. No inspection sticker for me despite paying for it. "

We are happy with the work they have done and any issues we've had have been minor and they were quick to address and fix. "This was a 440 square foot addition with a 240 square foot deck; Jorge finished the project within two months while still providing excellent workmanship. To support this accomplishment, I had to do my part also. Choose materials that were readily available, doors, windows, flooring, lighting, etc. You cannot finish a project in two months if you choose custom order materials that have a three/four-month lead time. This is to say, my expectations were realistic, and I had to enable and collaborate with Jorge so he could help me. Jorge and his people exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail was very good, if we had an issue we would discuss and resolve. Financially this was a huge project for myself and my family. There are a lot of things that can go wrong when you are moving earth, tearing out walls and building something from your imagination and a 2-D drawing. I am very glad; I chose Silver Lakes Construction/Jorge to guide me through this process."
