Great replacement experience until the end. They messed up my ceiling trim and paint and didn't come back as promised. I had to call the manager to get repairs done. They also suck at follow up customer service. They didn't call to see if I was happy with my installation or to see if I wanted a service plan. Oh well. Their loss.

The electrician that was sent on-site was fair and friendly. He listened to what I needed and didn't try to upsell me. When he came back out to complete the work he was quick and his work was top notch. The only complaint is that I paid a charge for an electrical permit but now, a month after the work, I still have not heard from their office on being inspected or anything else related to the permit. The work was completed immediately without a permit in hand (may be SOP, I don't know).

The technician was so friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate that he was on time and also called me 30 minutes PTA to let me know he was en route. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

Awful, so far after 40 days the house doesn’t cool off. They have come 10 times to my house, I have lost many hours and days from my own business and no result yet. They are still learning how to solve the wrong job. Looking everywhere to justify the lock of skills.
