I used a 10% off coupon. I called them yesterday afternoon they were out here. They said between 11 and 1, but they got out here bout 9:30 or 10. It only wind up costing us $145, so I was thrilled. We've had a problem with the garage door, roller, and stuff. On the price, from what I looked at I don't know. It sounded good to me. I know replacing the rollers and having them adjusted was like $249 or something. So, the fact that they got it back on the track and it was working and the wheels were back where they belong, it was fine with me. On the quality, It was late yesterday that I called and they were out early this morning and it's working fine. On the responsiveness, I couldn't ask for more than the next day or next morning. On the punctuality, that was above and beyond because he was here earlier than I thought he would be, so that's fine.

They did excellent overall.  I would recommend them.

We would definitely use them again. We called for an appointment and the guy was here within a day or so. We ordered an extra heavy door so for the extras we ordered it took longer. They did what they said they would do, the guy that came out did a good job, and we were very happy with them.
We had used them in our home in West Virginia and after 20 years the door still looked brand new.
It's nice to know when you go from state to state they keep up the good work.

They were the cheapest quote we had gotten for what we were looking for, and it all went off without a hitch.

I used this company to install the doors on my metal building two years ago.  The right torsion spring on the large garage door at the house broke so I called for an estimate.  I was impressed by their customer service.  The offered me same day service, but it was more convenient to me for first thing in the morning.  The technician was about five minutes early on the call.  He took measurements and removed the old springs.  I had already decided to change both springs.  The technician brought this up as an option, but there was no sell at all.  He removed the old springs, cut new springs to fit, and installed the new springs in short order.  He then took a good 15 minutes to test and adjust the door.  He took the time to find a nasty squeak while he checked the door operation and it has never been quieter.  He was finished in less than two hours.  This was a great customer experience.  They were prompt, courteous, and efficient.  The cost was very close to the estimate I received over the phone.

I have to call them again because it is not working again. The guy who came out was kind of arrogant and did not fix my door the first time he came out any better than another company I previously had out. They came out quick and I will not use them again in the future.

New door and rails installed in about 3 hours. Installer very efficient. Only "complaint" was that several nuts and washers found after work completed.

We called the company and described the problem (broken spring). We gave them the details about the size of the spring, etc. The estimate was $160-170 so we asked them to come out. When the repair man arrived, he recommended replacing both springs at $240. We concurred. It would have been nice for the dispatcher to have been more thorough and mention the higher price for replacing both.

Great experience. Technician arrived promptly and got right to work. Replaced the 28 year old motor. Explained in detail how it worked, especially the "new" features (motion sensor at base of door) as well as others. Made sure the outdoor keypad matched our siding (details mean so much!). Cost was exactly what had been quoted. Very pleased!

They were on time, courteous and did a great repair. Two weeks later, I received a $30 refund check from the company with the explanation that the technician mistakenly charged the wrong price for a part. I never would have known this on my own. Now, that is honesty!

GREAT! The rep came out on the same day I called and gave me an instant quote, showing me pictures of everything they offered. I scheduled, and they came on time. The workman was outstanding, and upon leaving, he swept the floor and wiped the door clean of any fingerprints. Outstanding service! Door is whisper quiet.

The installers arrived on time. They were professional and completed the job within the estimated time. They took the time to explain the warranty and recommended service.

It went fine. They came at a convenient time for us (7:30 AM) and finished in about an hour. They quoted us $150-$160 over the phone and I asked her if that was the price no matter what and she said yes. When the repairman arrived he said it would be $190 because nobody uses the kind of springs we had anymore. That didn't make that much sense to me because he replaced our springs with the springs he had on his truck, that I assume everyone uses since he had them on his truck. Anyways he recommended we have both springs replaced, and said he'd do one for $190 or both for $225. We agreed to both and when he was done, he said he also replaced the rollers but wouldn't charge us since he quoted $225. I thought that was nice since he didn't mention replacing them before doing so. In the end we paid $225. It was fair enough for both springs, another company quoted us $375.

Overhead is a very professional company, punctual and responsive to all my inquiries. I particularly liked the fact that they knew exactly how to fix my door the first time and took about an hour or so to do so. I will definitely use them again.

They have always been great. We have been using them for a few years and they are so friendly and do a excellent job on the work. When they came out they explained to us the difference in the two springs. One was cheaper and lighter and the other was heavier and more expensive. They did not try to lean us either way. We respect them for that as well.

It went fine. The installer told me what problems he might have. He and I looked at the area together and he figured out how to put in the new opener without me being charged any extra time or work. I paid exactly the price quoted to me. He was done in a couple of hours and I was on my way to work. The new system is much nicer than the old one, and he fully trained me how to use it.

THEY WERE VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH. THE GUY GOT BACK TO US BECAUSE WE GOT QUOTES AND TOOK A WHILE TO MAKE OUR MINDS UP. WE CALLED HIM AND HE GOT RIGHT BACK WITH US. IT WAS GOOD SERVICE. THE DOOR LOOKS GREAT. WE HAD A WOOD DOOR THAT WAS REALLY CRAPPY AND THE APPEARANCE JUST IMPROVED DRAMATICALLY. IT'S A GREAT PRODUCT AND EVERYTHING HAS WORKED FINE SINCE THEY INSTALLED IT.

THEY GAVE ME QUICK SERVICE AND THE SERVICE THAT THEY GIVE US HAS ALWAYS BEEN SATISFACTORY. I USED THEM ON AN OLD HOUSE AND THE GARAGE DOOR IS STILL WORKING FINE.

I HAD USED THEM IN THE PAST IN FLORIDA AND NORTH CAROLINA. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD SERVICE WITH THEM, THAT IS WHY I HAVE STUCK WITH THEM. THEY ARE A NAME THAT HAS DONE ME RIGHT. I WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY IF I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY THE FULL PRICE BUT BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY I PAID A MUCH LOWER PRICE.
