King's Mitagators responded quickly to my request, which was greatly appreciated. Sam came out to inspect and quote the job and he could not have been easier to work with during this process. He fully explained the contract specifics and was able to schedule the job within a reasonable timeframe. He kept in contact through out the process and was responsive when I had questions. Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. I would highly recommend King's Mitagators for any level of work you may need. They will always be my first call going forward for future work. Thanks Sam & Chris! Needed to get some damaged vinyl siding replaced after a bad hail storm. Sam came out literally 25 minutes after my initial post on Angie's. After hearing sam say that they are here to help me and not to earn some ridiculous huge margin like the other guys, that really swayed my choice on who to go with. The price and quality of work definitely reflected that. All the pieces were replaced and they even took care of some extra pieces that had holes in it from the previous home owner. I will be calling this company back to do more work on my home in the future. Highly recommend using them for your exterior needs. They have gained my business!

We can't say enough good about working with The Kings Mitigator, and Especially Sam Tetrick! We had a large amount of Hail damage to our home from storms. We ended up with a brand new roof, siding, new Wood under the siding, gutters, and gutter helmets. Sam was invaluable through the entire process, meeting with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered, meeting them at the home when we were at work, calls, picking out our shingles and siding, the entire process really. Even when a wrench was thrown in the process (our home is older and apparently had no wood underneath the siding!) they were able to get all new wood installed as a code upgrade in 1 day, and get insurance to cover that too. Here we are now with an incredible new roof, beautiful high quality siding and brand new gutters and gutter helmets. All installed so professionally and done so well. They made this process as easy as it could be and did everything they could to make sure we were well taken care of. I recommend them to anyone that needs any work done. They are small enough to care intently about us as a client, and big enough to make sure all work is done with quality and durable materials. 5 stars all the way around!

Wonderfully the roofers worked so hard in awful heat and humidity There was more damage to roof then we thought The roofers did a wonderful job and also cleaned up all the debrie!! we now have a beautiful new roof .we will be sure and get this company for any more of home needs Thank you so much to The Kings Mitigator and to Sam Telruch for being so patient with us old folks 😜

They came out to inspect the damage right away to inspect the damage to our house. The roof, siding, gutter, and deck had been damaged due to a tornado. They came our early the next week to repair the house. The work was expertly done and quickly completed. They did not cut any corners. Their price was fair and quality of work was excellent. We would hire them again.

We cannot recommend this company enough. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Sam and Ben came out to give us a quote in a timely manner and showed up as scheduled. Both were so friendly and willing to quote us numerous projects were wanting to have done in the future. The quote for removing a board where a 2nd story deck was, adding siding in its place, removing the second story outside lights and fixing trim on a window we had put in was 1/3 the price of another company who quoted us just for the siding part alone. The other company told us they would have to replace the siding from the ground all the way up to where the board was attached to the house but this company said that wasn’t necessary. Sam and Ben made us feel important and like no job was too small and they seemed happy to get our business and we’re very professional yet down to earth and didn’t mind laughing and joking around. Once we agreed for them to do the work, they were very prompt to let us know what day the team would come to do the work, even working around our work schedules to make it work for us. The team member who came to do the work, Daniel was excellent! He was extremely nice as well and worked all day on the job. When he went to put the siding on he notified us that Home Depot had given him the wrong siding instead of what was ordered so he had to go back to get the correct siding but we were really impressed that instead of rescheduling the remainder of our job (because he still had another one after us) he came back with the correct siding and continued to work until our house was complete. Sam and Ben even stopped back by the day the work was being completed to ensure we were happy with the work that had been done and made sure there were no issues. From start to finish everything went better then with any other company we have hired to do jobs for us in the past. I don’t think we will ever go with any other company now going forward for work we need done. You can’t beat perfection! Thanks again to the whole team. We would give you a 100 star rating if we could.

I was overwhelmed with the process of getting a new roof, but Sam did an excellent job of getting the job done fast. Excellent customer service, answered my questions, returned my phone calls promptly and followed up just as he said. The workers did an excellent job and cleaned up everything. These guys were awesome. From the 1st guy and last guy I talked to, Sam. And everyone in between. Sam kept in touch with me throughout the process that took longer than we thought due to weather. From snow to thunderstorms, it was not cooperating. And yes, in Indiana you can have both of those things within a week. This may not be typical but I got more work done than I was expecting. And it's not that I told them to do it but it needed done. And they always asked me 1st. Good company. The work is pristine.

My Wife and I hired The Kings Mitigator for a full gutter replacement and gutter guards. We were truly pleased with Sam’s timely response with the free quote, and we were blown away with how fast they responded. We got quoted on a Saturday and new gutters by Monday afternoon. We could not recommend them enough for their service and timely response, and will continue to use this company for future exterior housework projects!

Quality service, did a great job at a reasonable price and even helped dealing with a difficult insurance adjuster. Didn't have to be concerned about finding financing, they handled that too! They offer a great warranty on both labor and materials. Would highly recommend! Very happy with their service.

Jonathan was a great asset when it came to working with the insurance company. For the future I would recommend the company bring a print out of the work being done. Everything was done online and I would have preferred a printed out copy. The work was done ahead of schedule.

I had a new roof put on with new gutters and gutter guards. My deck was replaced with a composite deck and my roof was extended over it so it’s more like a porch now. I had a broken sliding glass door replaced with French doors with inner blinds in the glass. And I had two other outer doors replaced with more up to date styles. Everything turned out beautifully and I couldn’t have asked for nicer people to work with.
