"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. As the washer was 6+ years old and there were holiday sales I opted to purchase a new unit. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Neli. All instances have been very productive and positive. "

"During a very bad cold spell in January of 2024 our heat stopped working. We had to use a kerosene heater to just survive and we called Josh and he said he gave us a date that he would be here to check out the furnace and see what the issue was. He never showed up when he said he would and when he finally showed up it was without advanced noticed but luckily I was home to let him in. I paid him $80 to look at our furnace and tell me that a heating element was bad and that he could replace it easily within a week. It?s been 11 months and not a single call has been returned and he has not tried to fix our problem. We lived on kerosene during last Winter?s cold spell until I could get a reputable hvac company to come the same day that we called and check it out and they not only fixed it but also told me that since the unit was so old that any parts for the unit would require a complete unit replacement and that the parts were not longer available to find. Josh is a fraud."

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
