It went well. Tech arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Changed lock and made 3 extra keys (2 are included). Charges were $75 for call, $50 for labor, $20 to change 2 cylinders and $6.00 for 3 extra keys. Total with tax $161.60. I forgot to ask for my senior discount but the page says they offer 10%. It did seem a bit pricey to me but I wanted it done today and didn't have lots of time to shop around so I counted on Angie's List ratings to be valid!

The technician was efficient and skilled... Work was performed exactly as promised. Well done!

Rep was on time and completed the job in a timely manner. In my opinion, it was expensive but necessary.

We bought new doors and hardware and, once they were installed, we had three doors with two different keys. We hired A. B. after receiving a quote and talking to them. They were about 15 minutes early for the appointment (good with us) and were done in less than an hour. The locksmith asked me how many keys we wanted and made them. He tested them and waited here while we tested them too. They offered a discounted quote because I told them we are Angie's List customers.

Once they arrived it took just a few minutes to fix. Full hour service call fee, though.

He called to say he was in the area and gave me a time of arrival. Nick was there at that time. Nick opened the lock quickly, processed a credit card transaction and emailed me a copy of the receipt.

Nick, the service rep. was very efficient and knew exactly what was wrong and had it repaired within 30 minutes. very professional and friendly.

Fine. Lock was cleaned, works very well now.

Not often do I find a service company that I am so pleased with. I called AB Bonded Locksmith to replace a broken lock on an outside door. I had already purchased the replacement lock, but it’s handle and finish didn’t quite match all the other door hardware in my house. The technician examined the old lock and told me he could fix it so that I could return the new lock I had bought. This not only saved me money but meant that the lock handle would still match all my other door lock hardware. He also corrected a misalignment in the door that had been the cause of the original lock’s failure. In addition, he corrected the alignment on another door that had been annoying me. All this work was done in 18 degree weather and for quite a bit less than I had expected! I was very pleased.

He was out the next day and fixed the problem quickly. The problem was poorly cut keys.

They have a nice selection of quality safes. They delivered it and installed it. They were on time and called to confirm they were on the way. Really happy with the safe and the install. The safe was supposed to have a shelf in it but it wasn't there. We called the next day and the owner (Russ) dropped it off himself that evening! Could not be happier with this whole experience and we would highly recommend them for all your locksmith needs and especially for a home safe!

Technician came 5 hours after I called. Called me 20 minutes before arriving to let me know he was coming. I had already purchased a replacement lock - he put the new cylinder in the old lock so I wouldn't have to reprint the door.

When I scheduled the appointment they seemed to be very professional. However, I was not impressed with the locksmith that came to my home. He said exactly 3 sentences to me the whole time he was here, didn't greet me or give me his name and didn't seem very professional. Call me crazy, but this doesn't exactly inspire confidence when someone is making keys to access my home. The price they charged seemed pretty standard, but next time I'm going to use a different locksmith service.

Excellent! Punctual, very quick. Serviceman came out within 4 hours from the time I called. Serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and offered good suggestions for options if I should have future problems with my door/lock.

In my Angie's List search I found that AB Locksmith had a store not far from our home. Because I wasn't sure what we needed, I took a picture of our door and took it to their location. The store was light, clean and welcoming and the salesperson was friendly, professional and knowledgable. We agreed on the locks to secure our doors and their workman arrived the next day at the time we arranged. The workman ended up installing 4 locks with the number of keys we needed and the work was completed in about an hour. I couldn't be more pleased. The ability to talk face-to-face with a locksmith expert in their store significantly influenced this evaluation.

The technician called ahead and confirmed the address and arrival time. He was punctual and professional. He unlocked and rekeyed my garage door in under 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the service.

I had NO expectations that anyone could fix these antique doors, and was anticipating having to get something new "wedged in" somehow to get them to work again. The two sets of doors were sticking, and were only able to be opened from the outside, not inside. ALL WAS ADJUSTED AND FIXED. The locksmith showed me how innovative the 1890s lock mechanisms work (a circular turning motion, parts open like an umbrella, using gravity to unlock); and that NO locks are made like this now because it is too expensive of a process. His understanding and familiarity with older locks was amazing. It took a little time to complete, but two big, antique door locks were fixed, and no time wasted. I watched the whole time, and found it fascinating.

All locks were re-keyed and are working great.

Received a call on Memorial Day from our real estate agent for the estate house we were selling.Basically, the buyer's home inspector wasn't able to access the house with the key in the lockbox. I went up to the house and was unable to unlock the door with my key either and didn't have keys for the other doors. I called AB Bonded Locksmiths that afternoon. They offered to come out on the holiday, but as there was no rush (inspector was gone) we set up a time on Tuesday to meet at the house. Randy arrived on time and after failing to get the lock opened/working, entered the house through another door. He replaced the broken handle set and was on his way in under 40 minutes. Very responsive company and painless experience. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I bought a lock to install myself on my outside garden gate but couldn't get it to fit so I called A B Bonded. They were able to accommodate my schedule and arrived on time. The lock was installed pretty quickly and without any problem (I didn't have a big enough drill to drill out the space for the cylinder). I also needed a key for a back door. When I bought the house the prior owner told me he'd never had a key. In short order the cylinder was popped and a new key made for both the deadbolt and the handle lock. He noticed that the door wasn't catching correctly so he fixed that, too. All in all, I got what I wanted and more. I would use A B Bonded again.

Fantastic. I had called another service three times with no follow-up. I looked AB up on Angie's List and made the call. they were very responsive and agreed to come the same day. The tech arrived on time and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. It did not require a new lock but he adjusted the old lock, cleaned and leubercated it. I was very impressed and pleased and will use this provider in the future for all lock issues.
