I estimate home repairs in my job and confirmed the pricing was within the market price for the area. I feel it can be done cheaper, but the service and quality of people in my home are important to me. As part of the club, I recently had a plumbing review. With my home being 22 years old, I know I am getting close or beyond the life expectancy of many plumbing parts. They gave me an extremely detailed description of what they can do to update some items, exact pricing , etc. It wasn’t a scare tactic approach, but things I assumed would need to be done and as a person who travels for my job, I do worry about leaks occurring while I am out of town."
