"Ken was the first plumber that gave us a reasonable price to install a shower tower. We didn't want to pay for a maintenance membership or to pay for someone's vacation house, we just wanted a simple plumbing matter taken care of. Ken was exceptional. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the procedure. We will definitely call Ken in the future for our plumbing needs. He also noticed that our pressure relief tank, for the hot water heater, was hanging low and had water inside it. It needed to be replaced and he was able to do that job too. Highly recommend!"

"Fast, professional and reliable team that made sure my family was taken care of when our water heater decided to quit in the middle of the winter. "I was very upset with this company as they did not fix my problem or diagnose it correctly. They then sent the same plumber out for a second time and the problem was not resolved. I posted my disappointment on Home Advisor. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing then sent a master plumber who found the problem and corrected it at no additional expense. I am now very please and would recommend them as they were not satisfied until we were satisfied."
