I suggested to him that it might be the newly installed ecobee4 thermostat. He checked the wiring was good. He found out that it's set up to auxiliary heat as primary and reprogrammed it and charged me 210 dollars without letting me know it will be that expensive prior to the reprogramming... Imagine, 5-minute setup of the thermostat and they charge you 210 dollars.. I will never recommend them to anyone"
