We won't come in and "scare" you with dire warnings about your house, but we will give you an inspection based on local codes and years of experience. We've also done historic work on homes in greater Kansas City and St Joseph,and did the first round of work on the Freight House in Kansas City,as well as lots of work in downtown Lee's Summit. "Dishonest.. companies like this is who you want to stay away from. Don’t use them. Tech came and tried to charge me 965 dollars for minor toilet leak. To buy the part which is a gasket and some screws it would cost me 965. If I were to replace the entire toilet it would cost me 1500.00! The kohler genuine part cost is 7.00 on Amazon and Home Depot. So even if they had 100% markup on the it should have cost 14-15 dollars for the part. That means they wanted to charge 950+ dollars in labor. Lowe’s sells a brand new kohler toilet for 199.99 and will professionally install it for 250.00! This company is dishonest. Don’t use them."

The more experience plumber immediately found the cleanout, which made the removal of my toilet completely unnecessary, and within minutes, got the snake unstuck. They then charged my $400 for the completely unnecessary toilet removal. Ovoid this company at all cost."
